@@jasonsimmons6684 I don’t believe he was young and dumb. In my opinion it’s one of the great things about getting a tattoo. I got my first in Vegas and it’s horrible but also my favorite. Tattoos tell the story of your life. When you’re dead… someone could look at you and see what you experienced in your life. I think it’s pretty neat. Anyway, Shannon is incredible. Perfect fit for the band.

Shannon Larkin on 'Climbin' the walls' and '3-D' was a big influence back then, I love his playing!

Not a fan of Godsmack or Ugly Kid Joe, but if you wanna hear some of the greatest underrated thrash metal to come out of the late ‘80’s/early ‘90’s, check out Shannon’s drumming as a member of Wrathchild America on the albums “Climbin’ The Walls” and “3-D”. “3-D” is an absolute masterpiece, and is in my top 10 favorite albums of all time. Incredible songwriting with brilliant performances from each band member, particularly Shannon (great for air-drumming!).

Mike Walker I’ve just always found them incredibly generic & uninteresting in every possible way (but I tend to feel that way about most other similar bands of their heyday). No offense to anyone who digs ‘em. Only my opinion. 👍
I used to see Wrathchild back in the day when they would come to Cincinnati. Obviously not knowing that one day he'd be "SHANNON LARKIN!!"
He's drummed on some really good albums. He was the drummer for almost every song on the "Strait Up" tribute album to the Snot singer.
I always loved his work in Another Animal. Check it out if you don't like Godsmack or Ugly Kid Joe. I'm the same way but Shannon and Whitfield Crane are amazing on that record.

Much respect to Shannon. We grew up through music the same way. I remember seeing the "Straight Out Of Line" and being blown away. I saw him with Wrath Child and Knew he was special.

My nephew met the band on some rock cruise and said the lead singer was an arrogant prick. Korn, on the other hand, were super nice, talked to the fans, autographs, pics, etc,etc.
Some people just can’t handle fame.

I got to attend a Godsmack (didn’t bother to) meet and greet in 2002. This was around the time Tommy Stewart, the 1st drummer was in the band. He was the only one to come around and hang out with people.
They've got no business looking down on anybody, it's not like they've ever done anything that amazing. I remember them ripping off Alice in Chains and being really unsubtle about it: their old logo, style, even the band name is an Alice song (which Erna lied about and said was a reference to a 'cold sore'... wtf). Doesn't surprise me to hear they're not nice to tour with.

Why are you “sorry”? I mean I don’t believe in that stuff nor do I believe in an invisible man in the sky, but I certainly don’t look at people differently if I find out they’re christians or whatever. People are allowed to believe whatever they want, the times I have a problem with it is when it comes to law makers, judges and politicians. They need to keep their personal beliefs to themselves, the problem is they don’t. That’s part of why what’s happening in Texas is happening. I’m a fully disabled combat veteran and part of the reason I fought for a country that doesn’t even want to acknowledge the existence of Atheists is because we have the freedom here to be different and not die for it

Stephen Blackwell well the occult brings a lot of good ideas such as individualism and Christianity has good ideas too but also shitty ones like premarital sex being bad. The occult, along with witchcraft and satanism, isn't as bad as the media would have you believe.
