Problem with Suunto is that the watches are too good … 😊
I still have a Suunto Core (12 years old) and a Suunto Traverse that both work great.
I really needed some persuasion to buy a Suunto 9 Peak because my other watches still worked so I really didn’t NEED it … just wanted it 😉

Amazing to see companies like Suunto taking climate change seriously and looking at new ways to reduce their carbon footprint and waste for the full life cycle of the product from cradle to grave.

3,5 months, that's the period my Suunto 9 worked. After that, important malfunctions appeared. On a 6 km run, the watch reported a difference of 800 m. (less). The support doesn't care at all about customers. I contacted 3 shops and all informed me that they stopped working with Suunto due to horrible customer service, and I fully agree. The answer provided by Suunto was "move your hands each time you make steps, as this is the only way for the watch to approach the movement" ! Amazing, and no solution. Therefore, we are now looking for another brand. Suunto is s*** !
