Probably one of the most distinctive shutter sound detail is the spring vibration after firing the shutter. Also, I often lock and unlock the mirror up while walking with the camera... it's oddly relaxing to me.
Many thanks for doing that "sound-video" !! Due to that I'm able to hear exactly the same strange noise as it occurs at mine. It's a light tone metallic "ping" directly after pressing the trigger that lasts for about 1 sec. Take care about following time-marks : Between 00:59 and 01:05 ..... 2 times !! Sequence by opened back-door .... multiple times but not so clear. Even behind working self-timer you are able hearing it .... 02:12 and 02:30
The camera was mechanical operated, it’s normal to have such sound where spring was released after the shutter was pressed. Not to worry much bro, my F-1 sound the same as well… 👌🏻
If I’m right this is the same camera that was used in the Sam rami trilogy of Spiderman where peter Parker took pictures for him at first then the daily bugle

It's like an old mechanical Switch clock, I have an Canon F1 old with motordrive MF in mint condition myself.
