I advise creators who are offering digital products to always also offer a full refund policy. This gives you the opportunity to not have such a high barrier to consumption on your products.
If two creators had products and one creator had a no refund policy, and another creator had a full refund policy, the one with the full refund policy will have a lot more conversions upfront because there's no risk in consuming their offerings. They will also have the most opportunities to fix or salvage the reason why someone would be requesting every refund in the first place.
