My most successful selling tool is expressing timeline and budget expectations. This helps create a starting point to explain the risks of over and under spending in 1 particular area of my service and systems.

Make it a point to make a site that sells products to make back the Overhead. Then allocate costs in products, and make a profit, (+,-3years)

I'm with you. Overthinking has ruined my life to a certain degree. It really bothers me mentally. It stops me from moving forward in life because I feel I completely lack the creative genes to be further then where I'm at. The 2nd guessing of myself is pathetic to say the least. As I get ready for 2024 I would love to think less and act more. What do I have to lose that I have already loss as a result of overthinking. Thank you for the video

Working in the early morning hours I can accomplish so much. If you have millionaires and billionaires who are benefitting from this then someone small like myself should take note of that. In my book, Fear Will It Stop You, I spoke of that as a key ingredient to becoming who you desire to be. AS ALWAYS a great video.
