Am I the only one who would feel lucky to see all the details? If the ride broke down like this for me, I would be so happy. Look at all these amazing details and see how this all works. How is this a bad experience?
Awesome video on the inside workings. For the future engineers and scientists, this is a gold mine of knowledge and behind the scenes inner workings. Your whole "This is stupid" attitude shows what kind of person you are. This is cool!
That lady in the background is aggravating me. She keeps saying “if they could do all this then the could have ran us through the ride” like no the couldn’t have, it takes a lot more power to run all the props and screens than it does to just move the vehicles through. There was probably an issue with the vehicles or the projectors for the screens
This ride looks high tech with all that machinery, and it looks like a 10-15ft drop from the ride vehicle to the ground. The thing that pushes the ride vehicle on the track below you is huge.
These people on the video had a pretty sour attitude. I get it, they paid for their way in and they expect excellence but come on! things break down sometimes! they inspect the ride every morning before the park opens but sometimes things can’t be predicted and they just break down in the middle of the day. Have patience! you will be a much happier and much more pleasant person. The world does not revolve around any one person.
We were all trapped for over thirty minutes in the dark without any explanation. A lot of people were getting very claustrophobic with the bars pressing against their chests. No wiggle room. Stuck 20 feet up in the air.
Johnny Brown while she doesn’t understand ride operations, even if she did she could still have a sour attitude. I would love to see behind the scenes of this ride, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that people or going to obviously be mad or sad that the ride won’t work. As of now in 2020, the ride hasn’t broken down for me and I quite enjoy the ride a lot. Best amusement park ride I have ever been on. 10/10
Ride engineers actually are at that facility 24/7. Most work is done between close of the park and the open next day. I worked at that ride for 3 years. The system is so complex that if one of those vehicles are a centimeter off then it will stop. Engineers have to come out an manually move the effected vehicles before anything else can move. That takes time. They are 4 ton vehicles.
When I went on the ride the second time after my first in the same day, I looked to the right in the Spider part and saw the machine. I was like “Oh...so thats what’s happening.” Then I looked down and up when you were at the screen. I really want this ride to break down so we can go through it like this, lol. It has stopped a few times but it always starts back up, and it’s usually because my brother has to get off to get his height checked..even though his height got checked already. I feel bad for the people who are in uncomfortable moments in the ride and they get stuck like that when it breaks down..
Everytime I go on this I try to see the little gap in between the screen and the wall right after we enter it or leave it to see if I could see the other side but I can’t there’s a wall blocking
I was on this ride today in Hollywood, and it stopped just as we were tipped backwards and the dementors hand was right in front of my face. It was all fine, and they got us moving again pretty quickly, but I don't know what on earth would happen if there was a fire or something, we were stuck 20 feet in the air half upside down and with the harness thing locking us in...you would be absolutely trapped, which is a little scary, but I'm sure there are procedures in place!
Love the ride but I'm super scared of this ride breaks or something it just looks so complicated anyways what I assume is that if something like that happens the ride lowers you to a place where you can get off but I'm just guessing
My video commentary should be put into context. We had stood in line for hours (of course) to get on the ride. It went for 3 minutes and stopped suddenly and completely. We were trapped in a very uncomfortable position (semi-sideways) for about 45 mins. We were 20 foot in the air in the dark with shoulder bars that wouldn't budge (was very clausterphobic). We couldn't move and nobody from the ride was trying to reassure anybody. I am a visual effects artist, so it was definitely great to see behind-the-scenes (why I posted this video), but at the time of this video recording I was a bit irate at the whole situation.
Great view. These people sound miserable to be around. She’s a Karen too. “I am not getting off!” Actually you will do what they say. That’s the funny reality.😏
Rather than ruining the magic, I feel like the technology behind this ride is like a work of magic itself.
It's just experiencing I love behind the scenes they made
What an amazingly technical ride. Not just a simulator. It looks so futuristic. Thanks for showing this!

ARVIN if you go on it for the first time this would be a crappy experience
I agree. The guy in the video has obviously been on the ride before calling details out. I’d love to see what they did.

Most people would hate this
Made by Kuka a german company ;)
I always love a good ride breakdown, especially like this when all the mechanics are exposed.

But have they let u make another lap?

The system is a Kuka robotic arm on a track and when you go through the screen parts the ride always moves but it’s more complicated than people think

I got so afraid to extend my legs on this ride, wasn't sure if they would come flying off when they hit a wall lol.
I thought the same thing when I rode the ride
The lady in the background just complaining. I hope she took a nap when y’all got off.
I’ve never ridden this ride without it stopping mid ride
I would love to see this in person ..because my first time on that ride I had a bad experience

Its so cool but the girl could not stop complaining 🙄

Same happened to me yesterday
In case of a fire they would stop loading vehicles but keep the ride running to insure everyone gets off.

This happend to my dad and sister in motorbike adventure
This happened to me too
