    I’m with you… these look like heaven to me& I don’t own a candy thermometer only a meat thermometer 🌡️ so if I make these I’ll use what I have… BUT… I’m pre diabetic and trying to be a good girl 😢 🤷‍♀️ should I🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

    They look wonderful! Do they need to be kept in the refrigerator or is on the counter ok?

    Can you use evaporated milk instead of half and half?
