#recipe #jamaican #sauce 4-6 scotch bonnets ( I used habaneros) 1 small red onion 4-6 garlic cloves 4 scallions, (I used green onions) 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil lime juice juice from 1/2 lime ( about 1/4 cup) 1 tbsp grated or chopped ginger 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp allspice 1 tsp cinnamon 1tsp dried thyme (or fresh) Salt and pepper to taste

when did people start putting soap in their food??? Ridiculous. "Us" folks is probably the only people on the planet doing that foolishness. And we wonder why blk folks have massive rates of cancer. Use common sense. You just need to wash those greens in water with some coarse salt. wash in about three changes of water until there is no grit, that;s it. Why are you all trying to put antibacterial chemicals in your food?! craziness.

Definitely going to make. We are in Pennsylvania but lived in Brazil for few years. Love Feijoada a Brazilian dish served every Saturday. 40 years later me and my wife are bean dish addicted! Nice video have a blessed day!
