His voice is so powerful. He gives me goosebumps whenever I hear him sing something like that. I can't wait for that album of his to come out!!

Love his cover of this song. James was my favorite from that season (which was the last season I watched). Such a talented singer.

I ABSOLUTELY "LOVE" his TONE & AMAZING STYLE of singing! he put so much FEELING into this song in the way that it was made to be sang, which was very TOUCHING. I just cant seem to get enough of it. I hit the repeat button to this song every time:-) his vocal range is just UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME especially towards the end. HE IS DEFINITELY A BORN "SUPERSTAR" & DESERVES to perform the creative music that he was BORN TO DO. HE DID MAGNIFICENT ON ALL HIS PERFORMANCES! GOOD JOB SWEETIE♥*

James is one of my all-time favourite contestants, next to Carrie Underwood. That's a HUGE honour. I'll be first in line to purchase his album. I'm James CRAZY, lol! As a huge metal fan, I must say that James makes me proud.
James was my favorite. I picked him out right from his audition and I agree completely that the final three should have been him, Pia, and Haley. Before Pia got voted off, I actually thought it was going to be her and James in the finale.
Scotty wasn't a bad country singer, but was voice is a tad generic and unoriginal (something we've all heard many times before), and there were several other vocalists more deserving of the title than him. I loved Lauren. She was a beautiful girl with an amazing voice and I had a huge crush on her lol. I don't think she was undeserving of a place in the finale at all, and I actually rooted for her to beat Scotty, but she didn't quite match the talent of James, Pia, and Haley.

@MrFartsalot1 Lzzy Hale is the vocalist for a band called Halestorm.. one of their tracks called "It's Not You." Isn't really JD's style I don't think but I could be wrong. Listen to the whole thing to see what I mean by they would do amazing together. Especcially right before the solo.
Have anyone of you heard of Lzzy Hale of Halestorm? If so.. how amazing would it be if James & Lzzy did a song together.. as both have incredible high screaming notes.

In other words, this is pretty much his own version.
Stumbled across this song today on You Tube. Let's just say your version is 100 times better than the Beatles. I remember watching American Idol back when you were on that season. Beatles version and all the others I listened to were so slow and boring. I hope you are doing good. I am not a Beatles fan at all except for Paul McCartneys song I'm Amazed and listened to your version and yours is even better than Paul's. Wow!

@Lifewireofficial Oh yea i kno that for sure, but Adam has more experience, stage presence and stands out more and is way more original and I like Adams voice way better. And did u really, wow ur so lucky ^_^ - but once again I still like James alot hahaha, cant deny that =D

@Rand0mChild69 um actually do you know that he can hit way higher notes than Adam? i work with his mentor, so i should know that. my point, hes a more skilled vocalist than Adam.

Adam lambert, Clay Aiken, Chris Daughtry are better than him. But hes among them as some of the best idol contestants ever. :)
