    Do you think the padding on these would be too hard for sparring on the 16oz? Is the padding alot harder than the superiors?

      @WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy  Год назад +1

      Oh no, the padding is very good, not as soft as superior but still quite soft compared to others. It’s a lot more similar to Grant for padding, as it’s not a pillow density but it’s not horsehair either, it’s a mix.

      Thank you very much, well I wish you the best of luck on your fight. Biggest problem I’ve had with my fights is staying cool and not getting frustrated. Make sure you also listen to your coach, I went on instinct in both my fights, which was to brawl. End result was UD losses, the second one I believe I won, but if I stayed calm and listen to my coach, then I would’ve gotten the win. But good luck brother.

      Aye cuz, I saw that. Top Boxer. Also I saw your first sparring match video. Not bad, but the last guy seemed to toy with you and you were a little reckless with him. If you stayed how you were before hand, it would’ve been closer on the last one.

    how long have you been boxing for?

    • @WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy
      @WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy  7 месяцев назад +1

      I was in MMA all my life and then 4 years ago I started boxing. I’ve retired now but still train and spar. I didn’t want it as a career anymore since it took away from my love of the sport.

      That's crazy, I envy guys who started fighting so early on in their lifes, I always kinda struggled. Now that I'm 20 and after starting to box, I know that I like it but I really need to go some way to get to my gym, still i don't wanna stop without getting better first

      @@JamietheEmperor that’s a great thing to strive for. It can become over saturated throughout your life when you start Boxing though!

    What do you do for strength & conditioning?

    • @WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy
      @WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy  Год назад +1

      For strength and conditioning, you will need to build up your upper body. However, I would stay away from bench press as majority of boxers do. Additionally, Cardio is the best source of conditioning with the Assault bike, incline walks, and HITT training (running for a certain amount then going to a jog, then just repeat). Personally, I do all three with Incline and Assault bike being the majority. For strengthening, I do hammer curls and curls for biceps, tricep extensions and dips for triceps, rowing (30lbs) and reverse fly for back, and finally dumbbell bench (very different from bar) and incline dumbbell bench for chest. Of course there’s more added but this is the basics. For abs, I do sit ups, Russian twists, dragonflies, and sometimes plank. Talk to your coach about this stuff for more. Of course I have my mother as my personal trainer as she was a former professional personal trainer in the past back in LA Fitness and my father has always been a boxing and MMA trainer, so it was easy to find one. Once you get a coach, he will help you with that stuff more!
