Soul of Cinder SL1 (Finale)
I have been at this since February and took a hiatus before twin Princes due to certain complications... BUT WE OVERCAME THAT!!! I can not express how happy and encouraged I feel! Thanks to everyone who joined me in this arduous journey! Hitless phase 1 as well! Check out post victory stream for more.... And maybe the previous streams too!

I messed up with the bridge, using the demo picking pattern instead of the one used in the full release. Also a bit of a rhythmic error on the outro when I tried mouthing the lyrics… I should just stick to guitar. Both at the same time doesn’t work for me :/. Hope you enjoy, this was a fun one and I think I did good enough. If I did Adrian Smith’s part, I would have to do more rhythm but I did ...

      @@danielpetrovski6662 dedicate myself more? Is that supposed to be a slap in the face or something??? I dedicate every dollar I have into guitar and every minute I can to guitar! You have no idea on what you’re talking about. The “feel”??? This solo doesn’t have 5 bar long string bends and I used almost the same vibrato apart from two parts. Sorry, you won’t find Gilmour covers here! Most of the people who talk shit and bash guitar players haven’t even picked up a guitar in their entire lives. Sure, I’m not experienced but I’m dedicated and have been progressing real fast. I can already play the first solo to 22AA and Phantom of The Opera (Iron Maiden), I just need my Scarlett 2i2 before I can record those with the complexity seen. If you’re looking for 5 bar boomer bends, go somewhere else. That isn’t “feel”, that’s dragging on a solo to fill up time, which you won’t find in Iron Maiden, Saxon, or Ritchie Blackmore’s work. Some people have unrealistic expectations or expect a guitarist to be exactly how you want them to be. Don’t criticize and bash my “feel” and dedication when you haven’t a clue about me at all!

      @danielpetrovski6662 no no no, don’t pull that. I’m not being cocky in any way. You attacked my dedication and “feel”, most likely because I didn’t have any Gilmour length string bends in the solos. “Not good enough”, “no feel”, “no dedication” Oh my, how uplifting!!! This has nothing to do with instant gratification, it’s going to be a long road but I like showing my progress, hence my posts. I also love spreading the music I listen to and what better way than a solo cover? Encouraging is providing advice and ACTUALLY encouraging, not questioning someone’s dedication. (Edit:) Frankly, idgaf if people take my name seriously or not. I don’t care about getting attention, just tracking progress and spreading music.

It was complex but it was due to mental issues she had. Crazy thing is that she asked me not to leave her two days prior because of her issues she was having (ironic lol). But it’s been getting better. I’m happy I didn’t go through with it, I know God wouldn’t be happy with me doing such an act. Kind of ironic how I was helping her through her issues only for them to leech into me. I do wish her the best though. I don’t know how since I got the standing 8 count and beat him up from the second round on. Third fight, an accidental collision (Headbutt from him) happened and they ruled it a RTD instead of a NC. I don’t know why but it’s whatever. I currently have left amateurs and compete in smokers boxing matches (unsanctioned). I plan on taking about a month away from boxing to clear my mind and get myself back into the right state of mind. I’ve had a lot going on and it’s made boxing a chore. What do you do for strength & conditioning?

    • @WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy
      @WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy Год назад

      For strength and conditioning, you will need to build up your upper body. However, I would stay away from bench press as majority of boxers do. Additionally, Cardio is the best source of conditioning with the Assault bike, incline walks, and HITT training (running for a certain amount then going to a jog, then just repeat). Personally, I do all three with Incline and Assault bike being the majority. For strengthening, I do hammer curls and curls for biceps, tricep extensions and dips for triceps, rowing (30lbs) and reverse fly for back, and finally dumbbell bench (very different from bar) and incline dumbbell bench for chest. Of course there’s more added but this is the basics. For abs, I do sit ups, Russian twists, dragonflies, and sometimes plank. Talk to your coach about this stuff for more. Of course I have my mother as my personal trainer as she was a former professional personal trainer in the past back in LA Fitness and my father has always been a boxing and MMA trainer, so it was easy to find one. Once you get a coach, he will help you with that stuff more!

      Well due to covid, it was hard to get a match so it was over a year before I got one. However, just talk to your coach about it. You should be getting into that ring when you feel comfortable and your coach believes it’s time.

      Amateur boxing is any age. Of course the fighters are categorized by age and weight but you’re eligible to box. As for performance, that’s someone you would need to take up with your coach, as they will know when you’re ready. Just remember though, in amateurs, losses may hurt, but keep your head up. You could lose majority of your amateur fights and still become an amazing professional. Hopkins didn’t have an amateur career and many poor amateurs have become great pros! Records don’t always show your skill.

      They feel pretty nice. However, I have now find a shoe that is pricey but WELL worth it! $130 was hefty for me since I don’t have much money. However, the Superrare Boxing Shoes are absolutely amazing. They take a lot longer to break in correctly but when you do so, they are as good as it gets! Edit: I just don’t upload videos anymore so don’t review them. I focus on Boxing, School, Work, and video games rather than uploading videos. However, if you’re new to boxing. I would recommend as an amateur; having a set schedule of training. For example; as an amateur, when you’re NOT in training camp, you should train 3-4 days. However, when you’re in fight camp, it should be 5 days with an occasional 4 day schedule. This is obviously per week, but when you move up into professionals, you’ll be having more in your training schedule. However, that is good, since even as a low tier professional, you’ll make good enough money to be able to live on that, so it becomes like a job even if you’re not in training camp.

      @WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy Год назад

      @@monothemonkey When you’re sore or slightly injured during camp, but can’t cancel the fight, taking 4 days is acceptable. Also, in amateurs, a four day training camp week isn’t uncommon at all. In professionals, boxing is everything and it pays your bills, so your investment needs to be greater as it should be similar to a job. However, if you have a job, shorter training times is very common as you still need down time. When you get a coach, just listen to him, because they will usually have your best interest in mind. If you’re looking for one, go to your boxing gym and scout out to find a qualified one to take you on. Now about the super rare boxing shoes, they are my favorite shoes I’ve ever owned. They take a while to break in, but luckily it doesn’t take as long as a pure leather shoe would take. The toe portion of the sole has a smoothed out area so quarter turning is earlier with the rest of the sole having track to improve grip. Height is a little below the calf. If you want an amazing review on them, look at CSquaredBoxing’s review on them! Shout out to him, he’s got the best reviews along with Fit2Box!

    How do you tie the laces?

    • @WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy

      Do the first step of tying a normal shoe, then tie it AROUND the shoe (put the laces around the shoe), then tie it like normal. It’s hard to explain.

    What size is your head guard because I don’t know if I should get a small or medium

    • @WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy
      @WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy 2 года назад

      Get a medium, also if it’s too big, you can adjust it. The small probably won’t be as easy to adjust to your standard.

      I actually just posted my first fight just yesterday. Sadly the nerves made my performance take a hit and I couldn’t perform to my best. Discipline was also a little off as I couldn’t control my anger. Had a fun time tho and now I’m used to the nerves since it was only my first fight. Fair warning, if you become associated with USA boxing, they do not go off of experience (I went against someone 9-0), idk bout Sugar Bert Boxing tho.
