I recently bought these gloves in 18oz for sparring. Love them. They’re a solid glove. I’m thinking about getting a pair in 12oz or 14oz for bag/mitt work. What size do you have in the video?
@@gattiproductions4917 Velcro is holding up fine. Still a solid glove. They’re not my everyday gloves. I only spare with them about 4 times a month so they’re holding up fine.
@@313madenellthis is why you dont base knowledge on internet posts. 16 usually for most below 180lbs. If youre a big dude you better sparring with 18oz gloves.

16oz I thought was for sparring
@@313madenell 16oz is great for sparring too. I’m 225lbs so for the benefit of my training partners I just up the size when it’s an option.
