The only thing wrong with this game was the mouth of the commentator following Boise State's pirouettes. "Was that style points? I mean it really didn't do anything. It was just like we had to live up to our reputation almost," and, "A pirouette and a couple of dance steps." Well, it did do something, moron. The pirouette dazzled and confused Oregon - and Boise State scored both times it used the pirouette. The commentator, Reeves, or whatever his name is, was belittling, too slick, sounded annoyingly old-fashioned, and was too much of a know-it-all and smart-ass. He soured manifestations of brilliance that deserved respect. That Mister Hot Shot commentator should appreciate greatness rather than mock it. Boise State has made football more exciting, interesting, and fun to watch again. May God continue to bless Boise State!
That shift changed the angle of the widouts throwing the blocks on the dB's and gave the WR's a huge angle/ leverage advantage.....great play....wish my Badgers did stuff like that....that's just smart football right there.

Boise “isn’t playing the play, they are playing the players.” Like a boxer in the first couple rounds showing his opponent different ‘looks’ to gather information later. I think you might be right that they could actually spin to gain an angle later when/if they are ignored.
Justin Herbert got crushed., Todays Oregon would get beat worse. This game should have be 52-14. A couple unnecessary trick plays gave O a couple of defensive scores.
