I love it @ 3:18 - the daughter looking shocked, and the mum's saucy laugh.
Mama shocked daughter hilarious.....Of course she cannot remember the song but the hips o'yeah.....lol
Whoa! Tom Jones, both feet off the floor! And after all that gyrating, he can STILL sing!
He was a big fan of the late and great Wilson Pickett. They did a fantastic medley together on The Tom Jones Show in 1970. DO NOT MISS IT!
Tom at 82 still got women head over heels on him
Now, Sir Tom Jones can be seen on Voice: UK as one of the judges. Voice: UK has video clips on RUclips,
From our lovely little Wales, land of song and sexy time...
Had to laugh wholeheartedly. 56 yo man. Dude has swag. That's what they call it now. Thanks girls.
I loved the look in the daughters eyes when he started to dance!
Now 80 and still possess this voice
the band is on fire too !
When I was a kid, a neighbor woman joked to my mom that Tom Jones caused her to ruin the cushions on her sofa. I didn't get the joke back then, but I'm pretty sure that most women tuned in each week to watch Tom and ruin their sofa cushions!
This is a cover of a song originally released by Roy Head. "Treat Her Right" is a soul music song, with a standard 12-bar-blues structure. Written by Roy Head and Gene Kurtz, it was recorded by Head and The Traits and released on the Back Beat label in 1965.
Saw Roy Head on a package show with Ike and Tina, James Brown and Chuck Berry in Dallas in '66. With respect to Sir Tom, the double jointed Roy Head did things dancing that would leave most men in traction.
Saw him 14 times in concert back in the day ... OMG , that man could sing and dance ... not hard to look at either !
14 times!!! Wow! Lucky you. He is an amazing performer still!!! My two sisters loved and still love Tom, my brother's and I hated him. I have come to appreciate his talent. Amazing singer.
YEAH YEAH YEAH!!! Love to watch Tom shake it😁
I knew you guys were going to like this one. Mom got into this one big time; daughter was shocked more than a couple of times. Sweet!
Elvis said tom jones had the best voice of his generation
And my momma loved that man
That kick flip did it for me 🤣🤣🤣
He is the best entertainer of my lifetime
Great reaction!!! Tom Jones was gettin down!!!
The Roy Head version reached number two in the United States on both the Billboard pop and R&B charts.[ The Beatles' "Yesterday" kept "Treat Her Right" from the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100. In Canada, the song reached number 8. In the UK, the song reached number 30.
To me, Roy Head beats Tom Jones at this number hands down - because basically Tom Jones was aping Roy Head's original approach to the song (at places to a schriek), and while maybe he made it his own in the end, but by saccharining it for ladies' pleasure - when Roy Head was just raw, crazy and dangerous!
@@mikhailbirukov7853 Roy Head is the greatest white man dancer I've ever seen, it's a shame he is not better known.
Beautiful song with Tom Jones. One of my favorites. Please and I do repeat if you got the chance, please play "Delilah" also with Tom Jones. Iveeally appreciate it so very, very much along with your reactions. Thank you you two. Have a Blessed Evening. Adios.
LOL loved it you should see him with Janis Joplin "Raise your hand up" or Tom doing Bonie moronie or land of a thousand dances.
Brilliant the way mum loved the memories (if not this particular song or video) and when the daughter realises having fun is not new and has been around for for generations 😂
This is an example of why Tom Jones had a variety/music show in the 1960's.
Tom was known for his dance moves and his amazing voice which has a special tone and timbre to it . There is a video on RUclips of a very young Tom singing What ya Gonna Do ? on the Ed Sullivan Show. He shows off some great dance moves and the male and female dancers dancing around him while give you some laughs..
In "Whatcha Gonna Do When Your Baby Leaves You?"... Tom is surrounded by choreographed dancers, but HIS moves are all his own. Swag to the nth degree. The rhythm so smooth and sexy, and those light-as-air leaps and landings! Mmmm! Oh, yesss. Tom definitely has the moves.
I’ve seen him 5 times in Vegas back between 2094-2008. 1 time in Nashville in 2009. He was my Mother’s Day gift along with a week in Vegas. Yes he still danced. Not as energetically, but fir a man his age he went above and beyond and his voice was amazing.
I know he still does some show at his age now in 2023 but will he still be going in 2094. What a man. I'll have what he's having.
Those hips don't lie! My grandma, my mom, my aunts and me. We all swoon over him. He's absolutely the Sexbomb!
lol
Love watching you enjoy Tom Jones!
Thank you Bill! 😃❤️😊
What you're watching is "This is Tom Jones" that was recorded in the UK. That's why he was able to take off as he did, dancing. The number he was doing is one he would do in his shows. I know. I saw him 5 years running in Vegas in the 70s. Often the men would take their wives or girlfriends begrudgingly to see him. Tom Jones knew how to get the men to enjoy the show as well. Many times I'd hear a man walking out of the show praising him and saying something like, "We're going to come back next year to see Tom again." Yes, they were on a first name basis with him by the end of the show.
The song was written by Roy Head and Gene Kurtz, it was recorded by Head and The Traits and released on the Back Beat label in 1965. There were several other who recorded it as well.
Tom Jones Is The Man
I've just come across you two ladies and I'm enjoying some great reactions. Tom had a hip replacement in 2017 & is soon having the other one done. Can see why 😂 Seriously though even at age 82 he is sexy. We love him. Sending love from across the pond x 🇬🇧
No surprise he needs them replaced, he sure used them!
The energy! Wow! Of course, Tom Jones would sometimes do a ballad type song. For example, The Green Green Grass of Home. I can remember seeing the sheet music to The Green Green Grass of Home on the piano growing up, and then Mom playing it every now and then.
U girls are awesome! U killed me. 😄
This isn’t his original song, he’s doing the hit by Roy Head, who scored with this song in 1965. This performance is from Tom Jones’ tv show (“This is Tom Jones”) that ran from 1969-71.
My Mom used to watch his show in the 70s so fun !!!!
This man with that dance is capable of captivating any woman. You are very nice and nice. I subscribed. Thank you.
Great Reaction Ladies
Just Love Seeing Your Reactions 😊, Ladies ❤❤❤❤
Elvis always my favorite and Tom is great too
Love it !!
Watching both you're reactions was wonderful.
The real Dancin Machine!
This is a cold grey time compared to the 60's and 70's. Wow it was fun.
Subscribed 👊😉❤❤️
You might want to check out the original hit (peaked at #2), co-written and recorded by Roy Head and subsequently covered by many.
He did this song in Vagas and brought the house down .
Now you know why a Guy used to sell a second pair of women's Knickers or Panties, as you Guys say 😀A legion of Women over the years used to give him their Hotel Keys or their number if he fancied,er, socializing with them on a 1 to 1 basis after the Show..😀
Tom's motto was the classic "What happens on Tour, Stays On Tour" so we will say no more....lol
I bet some these ladies have saucy thoughts watching Tom 😆
Sir Tom still giving the ladies the vapors
The Welsh are so understated. 😊
aaaand they're both pregnant!
Tom Jones and Elvis were great friends, and they would both Kiss their Female fans during concerts.
This was a great cover of the original by Roy Head. Hear the original
Ok, calm down ladies 🤣🤣
He was called "the Tiger" for a reason.
He was a baaaaaaaaaad men 😅
Some people don't know T. Jones or bands from the 60's and up, on what planet are they living on? Ignorance is bliss.
Mum has got it right about Tom x
Women love him.
Men want to be him.
The man. The myth. The legend.
The self- hair pull🤭🫣🤭
You need to see Tom Jones and Janis Joplin - raise your hand -- amazing!
treat her right was originally done by Roy Head
If you have a look at Roy Head do this song you'll understand why Tom went nuts dancing.
He was the English Elvis
I think you mean the Welsh Elvis 😁
May I suggest "Tom Jones - I'm Growing Old - Live @ Shepherd's Bush Empire London" it's the older Tom
Suggestion: Another great song "Tom Jones & Janis Joplin - Raise Your Hand"🙂
TomJones started the chippendales
Been married to the same woman for 50 years
Big time player.......
I'm 60, my mother LOVED TJ, she said, women would throw thier panties on stage in his concerts, NOT sure if it's true, but I can tell by your reactions, it probably is true
Hope you can play ( I who have nothing ) Live version
Daughter, how do you think you got here. Artists like Tom Jones got mom all wound up 🤣🤣🤣
I preferred the Roy Head version and he was a great dancer. I remember it by Roy but not by Tom. I'm 69 . You should look up Roy Heads version.
I'm new to the channel but I wonder if have reacted to Home Free? They cover a lot of our favorite old songs from the 60's. Such songs as Unchained Melody, American Pie with Don McClaen, When a Man loves a Woman. Crazy by Patsy Cline Love Train by the O Jays and Blue Ain't your Color by Keith Urban. These are Official videos that You can watch on RUclips .
Try his version of "Sex Machine" he's a moving and grooving in that,
You should listen to Tom Jones and Jennifer Hudson belt it out on the Voice UK. Incredible!!!!
Please react to Tom Jones duet with Janis Joplin singing "Raise your Hand"... Super high energy and Tom had to keep up with Janis...This will shock you...Great reaction, ladies...
I have a couple of suggestions for songs for you to react too.
Cry To Me by Solomon Burke and Joe Cocker's version of an old Ray Charles classic Unchain My Heart.
I thing you might enjoy them.
No one turned the ladies on like Tom , still to this day he can do his thing, a fantastic all round entertainer. Try reacting to “ baby it’s cold outside with Cerys Mathews thsts a great song . And I’ll never fall in love again written by Lonnie Donnegan. 👍🏻🥰🏴
Great stuff. I prefer though the version by Shakin' Stevens as he did a stunning slow version
ROY HEAD ORIGINAL IS WELL WORTH A LOOK TO FIR HIS DIFFERENT ATHLETIC TYPE OF DANCING
This is from his TV show. Boy did my mom ever have the hots for Tom!! One thing I remember from his show is that every week, at the very beginning of the show, you could see him behind a semi-transparent screen, so you just him in silhouette. But he wasn't alone... he was always with a woman. The two of them would kiss just before the MC said, 'Mr. Tom Jones! " and he'd walk out on stage for his opening number and monologue. Not a sweet little peck, either. As a little kid, I always thought it was his wife (but, y'know... probably not). It certainly added a lot to his sexy image.
Mom: They’re not showing his hips.
Tom: Hold my scotch…
😂 precisely
welcome to the 70s
Tom does Talking Head's. Burning Down The House .And it is not a very Sexy Song. But it is really good.
Actually he did that as a duet with the Cardigans. Cool vid.
@@Djm8520 Thanks. I have it on a Greatest Hits CD.
@@robertworrell6287 🍻
Austin Powers stole Tom’s moves😅😮
Tom Jones See saw
Or The Beatles#; Helter Skelter or, maybe, the Group called "YES" with Roundabout...
Try “ funny familiar forgotten feelings “ or “ I’m coming home”….. for a softer more romantic Tom……. enjoy.
Tom Jones is one of the most dynamic singer/entertainers ever. Similar to Elvis, Tom would kiss the women in the audience. 2 of my other favorite songs from Tom Jones that I'd like you to try are "It's Not Unusual" and "Love Me Tonight"
That is not the only time Tom kissed about 1,000 of them, over his Las Vegas years:)
Makes since Carlton likes him and does a funny good dance to his song
And not the least bit out of breath! Here’s Tom doing a live ‘naughty’ cover of The Amazing Rhythm Aces ‘Third Rate Romance’: ruclips.net/video/Au6c-Xtab4Q/видео.html
Do the Carlton lol that must of inspired the actor who played Carlton to do something funny
oh darlings... you found my secret love.... like david bowie, he is unaware that he is my secret husband >.> OMG... you are so going to have a diffent opinon of Tom in about 45 seconds ^_^ the sexiest Welshman with a latin band... and did you notice how many ladies are in the audience? ♥♥♥ Ty darlings
oh no miss us walt disney dreamy fake world it was end of sixties no time for bigotry time they called it rock&roll
I think this song was originally recorded by Ray Charles
Try Elvis and his Suspicious minds from 1970 or Polk salad annie
Do Engelbert Humperdinck! You'll love even more...
Why would they love a lesser performer, lesser voice, lesser human being more?!
@@Djm8520 They were ranked equal in Britain in The 1960's but then Tom pulled away...
Tom Jones did a pretty groovy version of this song but Roy Head is the one who had the big hit with it. ruclips.net/video/3gEnQ8VVWEU/видео.html He has some great dance moves too. Keep up the wonderful reactions, girls.
I don’t get how Elvis Presley gets mentioned in the same sentence as Sir Tom Jones, Tom had/has more talent in his little finger compared to Elvis with a hundred backing singers to help him out to pass as a singer of any repute.
Well, I take it that you've not seen the duet between Tom and Janis Joplin? 'Raise Your Hand'.
Your Mom is thinking none of the guys you young people listen too and watch today are a patch on the stud Sir Time Jones :D :D Actually Daughter is probably agreeing also :D
Tom is the man even the straight guys acknowledge it lol
LOL women would throw their under ware on the stage when he performed, we seen him like 10 years ago and yup they threw the under ware.
