Tom was the man. This isn't a very good video to demonstrate how phenomenal of a singer he is. I would recommend I'LL NEVER FALL IN LOVE AGAIN.
Tom Jones has many sides... including the one where he sometimes indulged his audience with fun and flirtatious numbers, kissing, and cutting loose in the uninhibited dancing styles of 60's and 70's. For some real insight into his range and talents, watch him do "I Who Have Nothing," performed in 1970 on his television show This Is Tom Jones. It's a stunning example of Tom's rich voice, strength, control, and feeling. He puts everything he has into the songs he sings. You believe him. In "I Who Have Nothing," he expresses such powerful emotion on his face, and his hands move so tellingly to the passion of the words of the song. That performance is one of my favorites, but I could name many more excellent examples of his amazing vocal abilities that you shouldn't miss. He has done countless songs, and has toured and recorded over a career spanning more than sixty years. He will be 85 in June, and he's still got an amazing voice! 🥰

According to my father, it was must watch TV in our household …. All the kids could watch mom and dad dance, and her dad sing to her.

"Treat Her Right" is a soul music song, with a standard 12-bar-blues structure. Written by Roy Head and Gene Kurtz, it was recorded by Roy Head and The Traits and released on the Back Beat label in 1965. Jones is doing a cover of it on his show. The song reached No.2 in the United States on both the Billboard pop and R&B charts. The Beatles' "Yesterday" kept "Treat Her Right" from the No.1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100. In Canada, it reached No.8. In the UK, No.30.

Women where abolutely crazy about him, through up underwhere to him. What I understand he's been married to the same woman all the time, but been playing around... Love his dancing ❤ Remember when this style was popular when I was very young, use to get a lot of pain in my neck. But so fun!
