I am 11 and have been having such a hard time in the lockdown because I have so many siblings and it’s so hard being trapped with them but I have been doing your yoga so much and it has helped with my mental state of mind a lot. Thank you Adrienne. Also, I would love some more bedtime yoga videos, especially maybe one to do in your bed. Namaste 🙏🏻
I'm 12 years old and I use this practice every night before bed it is just so calming and beautiful and it is so peaceful and after I am done I go to my bed and carry on the finishing position and I do another practice in the morning to make me feel happy and awake before school. Thank you for sharing with us this wonderful practice namasté xoxo
Maia Lepp i did a lot of yoga when i was 16 too but I stopped for some reason. now im 19 and getting back to it and i wish i had never stopped so keep on doing it!!
you are adorable and i'm so happy to hear even those younger are using yoga for sleep and to move throughout your school day in happier spirits! keep that up!
My computer froze and paused the video around 10 minutes in so I laid in silence for around 15 minutes before I realized maybe the video wasn't playing... It was great though lol
Yesterday I was reminded by lovely yoga friends to slow down and not to always keep chasing fitness. I did yesterday’s practice this morning ... so lovely, kind and gentle, just what I needed ☺️ 🙏🧘🏻♀️🧘🏼♀️💕
I was just going to say the same! This practice was challenging for me even though it was a more relaxed and slow one! It's so hard to quiet the mind and just focus on the breath.
This is exactly what I've been looking for and I didn't even know it! I've been taking care of my bed ridden dad and it's causing a lot of stress on my body to lift him, change his diaper, clean him etc and on top of that I've gotten sick so I'm very sore and very tired. I tried doing a yoga session a couple of days ago and it was simply too advanced for me but this video is something that I feel that I can actually do. Im so glad to have found this comfy and easy yoga. Many thanks. Peace and love ✌️❤️
+Catherine Sebring Bless your soul for taking care of your dad with such love and patience! He's very lucky to have you in his life. I hope you manage to take care of yourself aswell, and I hope things lighten up soon.
Care giving us something I've been having to step into with my MIL. She's currently in hospital, and that's difficult and stressful enough without me doing any of the heavy lifting. Care givers are everywhere, and definitely deserve respect, assistance, and compassion. This was the perfect video for me today as well.
I went with Sumair's offering for today on FWFG. I felt like a beginner again. It was definitely something I had not tried before. Ease day 15. 1106 days.
Blessed Beloved Beauties! Ease Day - 15 is Meditative 🧘🏾♀️ which is exactly what I needed. It's nearly the next day, yet I was determined to make it to the mat. Best wishes, everyone! 🦋♥️🦋
That was such a nice & relaxing practice ! I love it so much ! At the last 2min my dog run to me and lay on my chest...It was the cutest thing ever and now he's in my arm while i'm typing this ! Thank you Adriene ! Namaste.
I LOVE all of your videos, including this yin practice. The one thing I would love is for your videos to run an extra 3-5minutes for savasana at the end either with no music or some nice calming music. I find the outro music too upbeat while I'm still enjoying savasana and then it goes straight into the next video which sometimes starts with an ad and is really loud haha. Savasana is one of my fave parts but I seem to skip it because I'm trying to get up and turn the video off before the next one starts. I would also love for you to stay in Savasana with us and then bring us out of it so we can together say Namaste :) Just my thoughts. xxx
Jenna Ramondo It doesn't help with the outro music, but you should be able to disable next video autoplay in RUclips. Look above the recommended videos on web or the app.
I love this comment - as a newbie yoga youtube teacher I'm going to take this on board so thanks. I already use a chilled outro music cos I totally agree it sucks when you have to hop up our of Savasana! ❤️
I found this practice so loving caring and soothing. I've a friend who's going through stressful times and this is what she needs so I will send it to her...
What a difference doing bedtime/evening yoga! I am sleeping so well this week. Feeling so relaxed and zenned out. Thank you, sweet Adriene. Your voice is so soothing in the evening and yet that same voice is so invigorating first thing in the morning. 😊
Hi REFRESH friends ! I had to do this sessions one day earlier, due to bad cramps, you know. Anyway, you're gonna enjoy this practice so mush, I know it. Enjoy this time for yourself and take care :)
Could not have better timing for this. I did not get to sleep until...5:45 am. I also woke again with some neck stiffness, although less than yesterday, and in the center and on the right rather than the back left. So this practice was much appreciated. Come to your mat as is. 💜🙏 As Adriene says here, there cannot always be Japanese flutes playing in the background. Renew day 15. 193 days in a row.
I went with Sumair's offering for today on FWFG. I felt like a beginner again. It was definitely something I had not tried before. Ease day 15. 1106 days.
I already did this a few days ago at home. Today I'm not a home but in a place that feels very alien. I had a huge attack of homesickness rolling over me, just 5min before I decided to do this practice again. So I startet crying on my hotel room mountain of pillows and instead of thinking about home, I just told myself to surrender and let go. It helped a bit. I'll be very happy to leave this part of the world in a few days time but for now, I feel ok, not happy, but calmer. And that's all that matters to me today. Thanks for being so kind,
REFRESH day 25: I'm usually not big on slower practices because I'm unfortunately someone who has a hard time sitting still and taking things slow. Being active also helps keep my depression at bay, and it tires me out enough to where I'm able to fall asleep at night despite struggling with insomnia at times. But as it turns out, my body needed this slow practice today, and I feel so awake and ready to take on the rest of my day now. Enjoy it, my fellow REFRESH followers!
I've just moved overseas to Japan, where I am studying for a year. I've been here for only about a week, but today I think being away from home and away from familiar surroundings just hit me extra hard and I woke up feeling depressed and anxious. I forced myself to get out of bed and out of my pyjamas and into my yoga clothes, and I saw the thumbnail for this video and I thought, "This looks perfect."' I still don't feel 100%, but I definitely feel better, like I've been able to let go of some of my worries. So thank you so much for this, Adriene!
Refresh day 25🌿It's funny how sometimes lying down and being still is so hard. Today I find it difficult to truly relax during the practice but I did my best to let go. Now I am feeling much better for sure. Thank you so much Adriene, I am so happy to be a part of your amazing community. Namaste🙏❤
This week was really tough, yoga seemed like an obligation because I had to squeeze it into my very messed up schedule and today I finally broke down and had to confront my feelings. Went on a nice long walk with my friend and let everything out. Today's practice finally felt peaceful because I was at peace with my thoughts. Thank you always Adriene💜
That was a lovely practice to mark my one year of daily yoga with adriene. Started during our 1st covid lockdown last year, who would have thought that a year on we would still not be free of restrictions. I've loved practicing along with everyone and yoga is such a massive part of who I am now. Thankyou to the yoga community and most importantly thankyou adriene for you time, wisdom, kind encouragement and so much more. Lots of love out, namaste. 🙏
EASE 🍁 | October 15, 2023 | I needed every bit of this practice today! ❤ I would love to see it on our calendar more often. So restorative, so peaceful. Thank you! 🙏
Practice 104/365 of 2021 ✅ not my favorite kind of yoga, but it was exactly what I needed today. I’m a little sad today , and doing this , with the sound of the rain falling outside, felt like I was in some kind of SPA. Thank you 🙏
There is so much nourishment in this beautiful practice. Would so love to see more yin yoga practices. Thank you for everything you do to make our world a kinder more lovely place Adriene.
Here on Refresh April 25/04/2022✅🧘🏾♀️💞💞🧘🏾♀️ Day 25 🍀🌸🧘🏾♀️💞. Just what I needed today. So beautiful, gentle and relaxing. The stillness is just amazing. Thank you so much Adriene 🤗💖🍀🌸 Happy Monday morning all Namaste🙏🏾❤️
After feeling anxious much of the day, I really wasn't sure if I would be able to do this practice; however, I believed in myself by showing up, and trusted your guidance and soft voice. Within minutes, I felt calmer, and I could feel my breath, surrendering to the process. I have not missed a day practice in 2021, and I'm really happy I practiced tonight. Thank you, Adriene. Namaste 🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻❤.
Day 4 of Honor December 2020! Very soothing. Didn't have two pillows so I used 1 pillow and 2 blankets instead. I was feeling a little anxious and nervous, but now my worries have melted away. Kitten is still a trainwreck. I'm very proud of myself for coming to the mat when I didn't really want to, and I am very thankful for myself. Thank you, Adriene❤️
Hi Adriene, I love your practice and yin yoga. Could you please make a series of yin yoga videos, such as 30 days of yin yoga or 50 days? It must be great that your practice and experience combined with yin yoga. Thank you. Love from China ❤️
Just want to say I did your 30 days from a year ago and also yoga camp recently, I am a Marine veteran that is and was struggling daily mentally and physically and knew of fellow brothers and sisters struggling to find peace, your guidance helped change my life. I passed your videos along to a few friends who were in same boat and it seems to be helping them as well. It is mind over matter even when you are not serving anymore and this practice makes it possible to heal, or at least connect to the bigger picture and at same time, the tiny details that should matter more to everyone, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing these videos to the public. Namaste
Thank you so much for this practice. I have chronic pain, and today I was having a really horrible flare-up, muscles EXTREMELY tense and painful. I haven't practiced yoga for months because I've had so much pain, and was worried about aggravating my delicate back even more with the movement. But today I just needed to do something to TRY to help my body, and get myself moving for the day. So I tried this, remembering a yin class I took at a studio and how relaxing I found it. I LOVED using my own pillow and comfort blankets for this practice. It was easier on my pained body, and emotionally comforting because these are the blankets and pillow I spend so much time with when I'm bedridden from chronic pain. They're my companions, as silly as that sounds, and it was so soothing to have them as my support during a healing practice. I kept a very light fluffy blanket over me the whole time, because I have issues staying warm, and my cat actually came to purr & nap next to me while I practiced - the best possible addition to my "soundscape". The whole thing felt spiritual and healing. Thank you so so much for the work you put into this practice & video, I know I will be using it on future bad pain days.
Apr 25, 2022 05:34 Intention : slow and gentle practice is essential. Yoga practice reminds me that the road to wellness is not just a goal to achieve but a lifestyle to maintain and so it is important to know when to work hard and sweat it out and when to slow down and be gentle to myself both on my exercise routine and my life as a whole. Thank you so much Adriene See you all tomorrow beautiful souls Namaste 🙏🏼
Blessed Beloved Beauties! I am pleased to share the Refresh Yoga Journey Day - 25 is a practice with countless healing frequencies. The sessions always seem to align with exactly what I need. It has been a challenging weekend. Things seemingly took a turn for the worse and sometimes life becomes more challenged before it improves. I am so grateful for yoga 🧘🏾♀️ and meditation as well as the power of prayer. 🙏🏿 Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase!🦋 ♥️🦋
Im 58, I have Adhd and after years and years of back pain, foot pain, and elbow pain, all on both sides of my body, I have finally got a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, mild ankylosing spondylitis. I had a long time too suffering from hyperventilation syndrome. I have start following various yoga styles for different area of my body. I love this video you have made, with all the cozy cushions and blanket. I also suffer from very bad insomnia, so I think this video is going to help me unwind after a hard or stressful day. Thank you for sharing.
This practice was so helpful. I'm in a fibromyalgia flare, and this gentle stretching with blankets and pillows helped relieve some pain. For others with chronic pain, I used my heated throw as my blanket, and it was even more relaxing.
Thank's to my daughter, who showed me your youtube channel. A year ago I got sour muscles after I had the flu and this yin yoga practise helped me through my illness. I'm very grateful for you and all your various yoga.
Thank you Adriene that is truly calming, Yin Yoga! I totally agree with your closing statement, if we find peace in our hearts and calm in our body, the World will be a better place. Negative energy will be 0. Thank you for sharing your amazing skills and talent with me and the rest of the World. You sure are making your mark in the World with your Awesome Yoga practice. God Bless:)Much Love and Peace❤️Scarlet🧘🏽♂️Namaste
Thank you Adrienne. I have never felt as at peace with myself and my body as I do right now because of my yoga journey with you. I’m going on 5 months of doing yoga with you everyday. I also truly believe that if everyone were to do more of this in their daily routine, the world would be better for it. ✨🌼🦋
I am plagued with pain due to arthritis, yoga, specifically YWA, has helped me so much. Doing a practice with you and finding moments of pain-free *bliss* is so amazing and wonderful. Thank you so much and Namaste.
Adrienne God Bless You!!! Thank you for your time and dedication, my body has improved a lot with your daily practice at home, after 12 surgeries, advanced osteoporosis and fibromyalgia, my daily life is a challenge. I am 40 years old and live in Colombia and work by indigenous communities in my country, and after searching many ways to heal, practice yoga with you every day have made the difference, gradually I've been releasing the chronic pain and have decreased use of pain killers because my body is stronger, flexive and now I move more consciously. A big hug to best Colombian style, full of love and a big smile. Gracias!!! Tienes un corazón hermoso
REFRESH 💦 | April 25, 2022 | It's so nice to return to this gentle and restorative practice, and a great way to start off the last week of Refresh! For those of you who struggle with a slower paced practice, remember that the ability to find peace, to find calm, is a muscle that needs to be trained just like the physical muscles in your arms, legs and core. So don't feel guilty for spending time in restorative practice because it will serve you in balance with the strength building practices. And like Adriene says, you'll help make the world a better place! 😊🙏
This is just what I needed today to show myself a little love. I show pillows and a blanket in the thumbnail and got really excited. Such a cuddle cozy practice on this spring day that feels like winter.
I've simply not been making time for yoga practice lately, and thought to try this before bed this evening and it was perfect. Adriene--you're always just spot on. Thank you!
My cat saw the presence of the pillows as an exercise long invitation to climb on them and lie on top of me. Now he's miffed because I gently tried to brush him off when I needed to raise my legs 😂 Apart from the cat shenanigans, this was a lovely relaxing exercise that I really needed today ❤️
Thank you, Adriene, for all you do for all of us. Tonight, I had no idea this was the video I needed to use for my practice! I had done it once before, and even though I was exhausted and stressed, I owed it to myself to practice before bed, and I'm so happy I did; it was just what my body, mind and soul needed. Additionally, I felt a strong connection between my back and mat when I exhaled, each time bringing more relaxation. More importantly, I felt supported and safe. Thank you so much for helping me create a difference in how I feel. With gratitude 💜. Namaste!
I felt really happy to see all the pillows! I have chronic pain so collecting pillows of all kinds is sort of my speciality. Thank you Adriene for this Yin practice and for reminding me to play Japanese flutes whenever I can today.
@@dawnangel1966 John, I am so sorry you have a double whammy. I don't have fibromyalgia but I have chronic migraines that have been triggered or I guess flared Ever since the vaccine. These problems were there before but just intensified now to the point where I can't really leave my bed very often. It's difficult to hear everyone so excited about things going back to normal when normal for people like us looks a lot like lock down every day. But I'm glad for them!
@@laurareed2612 they put me on gabapetin for all these pains, I went up high on the dose, but I've only had 1 migraine this passed 3-4 weeks. That's amazing
Wow! Who doesn’t need that in their life before bedtime. Amazing 🤩 thank you darling girl. 500 people across the world were practising at the same time, how special. Namaste 🙏🏽 ♥️ 🧘🏼♀️
Another gentle relaxing yoga which I really enjoyed! At first I did a quick power yoga continuing with this practice which was calming indeed! Namaste❤
I gotta admit I'm really emotional while doing this, i so needed this time for myself. Thank you once again Adriene, I adore your loving / kind energy.
Thanks from Madrid, Spain . I 'm almost a year ago . It has been the perfect practice to do after my second round with yoga camp . I practice yoga daily thanks to your videos. I can not help but devote some time to yoga every day , thanks to my yoga teacher , Begoña and the day that I do not practice with it , do I have you at my side. You're the best. Namaste
Hey Adriene what you do is worth more than thousands of dollars I've been dealing with depression, not being able to get out of bed, this practice is what keeps me sane you're literally saving hundreds/thousands of lives thank you so much, I would never be able to thank you enough
Literally the perfect practice to the end of my day. Today was my first time teaching a class of 30 completely on my own for 10 hours and with the amount of nerves, and stress from technology failure in my classroom, I came home after work and said, "I HAVE to debrief my mind and body" So this was absolutely perfect. Thank you. Namaste
That was gorgeous thank you Adriene, for this lovely calming yoga practice. Again like I often say this practice was just what I needed today. Thank you for helping me to be kind to my body, and give it what it needs. But also to be kind to my mental health, and give that what it needs too. You are awesome Adriene, keep up the good work, and see you tomorrow for more beautiful yoga practices. Namaste. 🙏🧡
I really needed that after the day I've had. Was extremely calming, until my husband managed to hit me in the face with his dressing gown belt as he walked past! 😯 I was lying on the living room floor lol. Managed to get me "yin" back. So thank you Adriene. As always the best teacher. Namaste ❤💕💐
I’ve been doing YWA on and off for a couple years. There’s always a yoga video for what I need. ❤ I also love that the videos are not voiced over. It feels more real, more personal and more soothing. Thank you!
Loved it! thank you Adriene - My cat came to lay on my stomach midway through this video - was so cute - so just so you know - your yin yoga practice is kitty approved ;)
This Yin practice, was not only an experience, but it brought forth more transitioning for me. I could hear the sound of traffic outside my window on Herron Ave, I listened to the birds, and Nekro the cat wheezing, slurping and cleaning himself. I also am grateful to you for your practice, I feel super comfortable waking up knowing I'm dedicating myself to these practices everyday. On a personal note, I know that I tend to do absolutely nothing, but I feel so much more motivated. I know any other practice could maybe do the same, but I don't think so. OK, I'm rambling. Namaste. Thanks Adriene!
Thank you - I have moderate to severe ME/CFS and been putting off doing any kind of yoga for a while - i managed to do the video which is such an achievement for me at the moment. namaste
Wow. Talk about perfect timing. Despite daily yoga (with Adriene) and daily walks, my anxiety reached a tipping point yesterday. Woke up covered in hives. Normally low blood pressure was high. Hives addressed with meds, anxiety with meds (temporarily) and yoga (permanently). Thank you!
wow did this just before bed and i slept like a baby, I haven't slept properly in two weeks. I was almost in tears when I woke up fully rested. I feel so wholesome. thank you for sharing this with us.
I'm never successful with yoga, and a couple of friends recommended Yin yoga. I love the smooth easy pace and the positions . At the end I was moved to tears when you said "give thanks to yourself for taking this time for self care". I've never thanked myself for anything and it's time I start doing so. Namaste.
I am 11 and have been having such a hard time in the lockdown because I have so many siblings and it’s so hard being trapped with them but I have been doing your yoga so much and it has helped with my mental state of mind a lot. Yep, it's the one recommendation I would also make for this amazing human being of a teacher :)
I click the video off right when she finishes which allows me to lay there uninterrupted as long as I need too.

Here on Refresh April 25/04/2022✅🧘🏾♀️💞💞🧘🏾♀️
Day 25 🍀🌸🧘🏾♀️💞. Just what I needed today.
So beautiful, gentle and relaxing. The stillness is just amazing.
Thank you so much Adriene 🤗💖🍀🌸 Happy Monday morning all
Namaste🙏🏾❤️
After feeling anxious much of the day, I really wasn't sure if I would be able to do this practice; however, I believed in myself by showing up, and trusted your guidance and soft voice. Within minutes, I felt calmer, and I could feel my breath, surrendering to the process. I have not missed a day practice in 2021, and I'm really happy I practiced tonight. Thank you, Adriene. Namaste 🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻❤.
Day four of HONOR calendar check in ❤️
Here with 600 others today. ❤️ Did NOT sleep well last night and this helped me rest and I feel more energized for the rest of my day. 🙏
What a great idea, that would be amazing! I love Adriene's yoga relaxation videos
Binyu Du i loveee your skinnn 👌

Intention : slow and gentle practice is essential.
Yoga practice reminds me that the road to wellness is not just a goal to achieve but a lifestyle to maintain and so it is important to know when to work hard and sweat it out and when to slow down and be gentle to myself both on my exercise routine and my life as a whole.
Thank you so much Adriene
See you all tomorrow beautiful souls
Namaste 🙏🏼
Blessed Beloved Beauties! I am pleased to share the Refresh Yoga Journey Day - 25 is a practice with countless healing frequencies. The sessions always seem to align with exactly what I need. It has been a challenging weekend. Things seemingly took a turn for the worse and sometimes life becomes more challenged before it improves. I am so grateful for yoga 🧘🏾♀️ and meditation as well as the power of prayer. 🙏🏿 Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase!🦋 ♥️🦋
It was more like a very very gentle with yourself yoga to me. So many props around, such as pillows, a blanket, and a block.
The truth
Today is the first day in over a week I’ve gotten out of bed because of illness! My sore muscles drank this up ❤️
Im 58, I have Adhd and after years and years of back pain, foot pain, and elbow pain, all on both sides of my body, I have finally got a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, mild ankylosing spondylitis.
Anyone here for the Honor calendar? :)
Yes !
Yes I am...day 4👍
good to know we are practicing yoga together! :)
🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🇵🇷
Yeess!
This practice was so helpful. I'm in a fibromyalgia flare, and this gentle stretching with blankets and pillows helped relieve some pain. For others with chronic pain, I used my heated throw as my blanket, and it was even more relaxing.
“or you can go full on burrito”
me: alright my time has come
*puts on snuggie with my arms in the sleeves*
Fave practice in the Renew calendar!! So cozy
This was so dreamy for my slow and cosy Sunday morning 🤍 And I took the longest deepest breaths I've ever taken... I love yin yoga.
Me: *starts taking off socks for the practice*
Sees Adriene is wearing socks
Me: *slowly puts socks back on*
I've simply not been making time for yoga practice lately, and thought to try this before bed this evening and it was perfect. Adriene--you're always just spot on. Thank you!
My cat saw the presence of the pillows as an exercise long invitation to climb on them and lie on top of me. Now he's miffed because I gently tried to brush him off when I needed to raise my legs 😂
Apart from the cat shenanigans, this was a lovely relaxing exercise that I really needed today ❤️
What a beautiful start to my Sunday. Thankyou, Adriene xxx PS: I agree...the world would be a much better place xx
2nd time doing this video as part of April’21! I’m amazed at how 4m later, I got even more out of this.. I’m learning to surrender
Me too with the chronic pain sciatic down both legs flaring up fibromyalgia. SUCKS. Sorry about your pain, hope you feel better soon.
@@dawnangel1966 that's wonderful! I think it totally helps my sciatic pain! I take gabapentin as well!
Wow! Who doesn’t need that in their life before bedtime. Amazing 🤩 thank you darling girl. 500 people across the world were practising at the same time, how special. Namaste 🙏🏽 ♥️ 🧘🏼♀️
'listen to the soundscape'
*guinea pig munches breakfast loudly a few feet from my head*
For me it was a lawn mower right outside my window, lol.
For me it was door slams loud thumping and piano deck the halls
Space heater and a cat meow at me
futbol game that my partner is watching. lol
Loved this and yes the world would be a much better place if everyone practiced yin yoga.
Another gentle relaxing yoga which I really enjoyed! At first I did a quick power yoga continuing with this practice which was calming indeed! Namaste❤
Two years everyday Adriene. You saved me and I am so happy that my sister told me about you. ❤
I gotta admit I'm really emotional while doing this, i so needed this time for myself. Thank you once again Adriene, I adore your loving / kind energy.
Just revisited this again! So perfect on a cold winter night. Yoga with pillows and blankets is SO nurturing! 💕
Wow, thank you so much Adriene. I had such a crappy day and I feel so much better after this. I'm still in my burrito! Thank you.
+shiraz lafhaj Yay. Love to you. I'm glad you gifted yourself with some time on the mat. Perfect invite to make a shift. xooox
Ease day 15! All of us deserved to end the week with this wonderful practice)
Thank you, Adriene and YWA community💜💜💜
Bookmarking this for a before bedtime practice. Didn’t want to get off my mat at the end. 🙏🏻
Namaste
Thanks Adriene , great Yintroduction !🤙🙏
Hey Adriene
what you do is worth more than thousands of dollars
I've been dealing with depression, not being able to get out of bed, this practice is what keeps me sane
you're literally saving hundreds/thousands of lives
thank you so much, I would never be able to thank you enough
One of my favorite lessons so far Adriene ! Thank you so much🙏🏼💕❤️🍀☘️🍀☘️
Literally the perfect practice to the end of my day. Today was my first time teaching a class of 30 completely on my own for 10 hours and with the amount of nerves, and stress from technology failure in my classroom, I came home after work and said, "I HAVE to debrief my mind and body" So this was absolutely perfect. Thank you. Namaste
renew day 15: this month has been all about trying different styles! morning yoga, bed time yoga, yin yoga... I'm glad to be sticking through it all!
Namaste. 🙏🧡
First time trying this video - totally relaxing, almost felt like I got out of a nice bath when I was finished! ❤✨
I’m here for Honour (a bit out of order) it’s raining where I am, so I lit a candle and I felt like I was in a cozy cocoon. Beautiful self care
I really needed that after the day I've had. Was extremely calming, until my husband managed to hit me in the face with his dressing gown belt as he walked past! 😯 I was lying on the living room floor lol. Managed to get me "yin" back. So thank you Adriene. As always the best teacher. Namaste ❤💕💐
Thanks Adriene, I was spinning, and this helped me slow down and get back into my body.
That was very relaxing. Dream and drool😊.
I’ve been doing YWA on and off for a couple years. There’s always a yoga video for what I need. ❤ I also love that the videos are not voiced over. It feels more real, more personal and more soothing. Thank you!
Precious time indeed 💞
Refresh 25-First time to this video ... I am doing yoga to keep my stress level low and this was exactly what this class offers ❤ namaste 🙏
Loved it! thank you Adriene - My cat came to lay on my stomach midway through this video - was so cute - so just so you know - your yin yoga practice is kitty approved ;)
What a beautiful practice! Gentle and relxing, exactly what I needed today! Thank you! 💖
I just found this one after practicing with your videos for 4 years. It’s perfect for releasing the stress of a busy and physical week. Thanks!
Had the beautiful soundtrack of my little sister’s crow impressions and my neighbor’s construction going for this practice. 😌😂
Thank you Adriene and your crew. Thank you YWA community. Love you.
It has been awhile! Soft session with some great stretching! Gracias
Thank you - I have moderate to severe ME/CFS and been putting off doing any kind of yoga for a while - i managed to do the video which is such an achievement for me at the moment. namaste
you bet i sobbed with a blanket over my face during this oractice
Thank you!
Adriene I loved this practice so very much
wow did this just before bed and i slept like a baby, I haven't slept properly in two weeks. I was almost in tears when I woke up fully rested. I feel so wholesome. thank you for sharing this with us.
thankyou for the joy!!
I'm never successful with yoga, and a couple of friends recommended Yin yoga. I love the smooth easy pace and the positions . At the end I was moved to tears when you said "give thanks to yourself for taking this time for self care". I've never thanked myself for anything and it's time I start doing so. Namaste.
