In this video i will attempt to make an aluminum mallet mold.
This is the best idea ever came to my mind that you dont need to drill an oval hole to head of the hammer for the handle.

I want to make a smaller version of this with lead. My grandpa was a shop teacher In the 70s thru 90s and they had a mold to make a lead hammer, I always wondered how they did it.

Please don't, lead is really poisonous, you shouldn't even touch it directly.
