Keith! I have been listening to you for a few weeks and I just got my IELTS academic results. As a first timer, got an 8.5 - listening, 8.0 - speaking, 7.5 - reading and 6.5 - writing. That means 7.5 overall. Want to improve my writing skills, however, I did not expected such a high speaking and listening scores!! Thanks so much for being so helpful and passionate about teaching English 💕
Wow, am so thrilled to bits learning new English phrases almost every day, now would you fancy going out for a cup of coffee?...nah just pulling your leg, cheers!
Hiya 😁 Thank you so much Keith for this fun and useful video. I would say i grasped 60% cause i am already familiar with some vocab but many expressions are really new to me like how’s tricks , It’s doddle , I’m chuffed , ta ra ... I love it 😃
Hey Keith 👋 just wanted to say you're the best English teacher ever. So lovely n funny. Your videos are super informative, I like you so so much. Luv from lran 🌞❤🙋🏻♀️

Good Evening sir , i took my ielts exam on 9th April 2022 and my result came out recently and I watched all your videos and that's why i was able to score 7.5 in speaking and an overall 8 band score thank you so much sir
Hi Keith, we wish you be able to make subtitles for your lovely videos as we cannot trust RUclips's subtitles. I just joined your channel recently and lovecto learn British accent properly👍👍😉
I was able to understand almost everything. That is because I've watched videos and series in British English, especially some videos about slang phrases that I have used sometimes. I was expecting you to say "fancy a cuppa?" Cheers, Keith!
I was shocked when I heard you pronounce the word "gerund" at 6:31 and wondered if I had mispronounced it for the past 30 years. I cannot find any pronunciation evidence that reflects yours, neither Cambridge, Oxford, Macmillan and the like. As to your question at 10:06 - Here in Germany the literal meaning of "to pull sb's leg" is "to take sb on the arm". Thanks for the insight you give in the video. I'm often at a loss whether the phrases presented in a video reflect the current state of a language, since especially slang expressions are prone to fluctuation and regional differences. Slang / informal expressions from my region (western Germany) are by no means a representation of the vernacular spoken all across Germany.
