Hello Keith!!! Just wanna say a huge thank you from the button of my heart for your speaking skills! I finished my IELTS 2 weeks ago and got a 7.5 in the speaking test (although I was too nervous and forgot about everything during the test haha) I’m in cloud nine right now!! You make learning English so much fun and I’ll keep watching your video even after my IELTS exam has passed!
Thank you for always helping us all round the world! Your good works speak forever! I sat for my IELTS on 18th last month and I just got my result 3days ago. I have overall band 7, I got band 7.5 in speaking! Your videos really went a long way in helping me improve my speaking. 😊
Just finished my exams they asked me Part 1: tell about your hometown, do you prefer living in countryside, what are the benefits of living in city, is it difficult to concentrate in noise place, who all needed to concentrate. Part 2: describes about the cafe, what and when you went, what you drunk and ate, like and disliked about it Part 3: who all go to cafe, different between cafe and restaurant, college students prefer cafe or restaurant, how important to have own time?
I wanted to go abroad for higher study ( for civil engineer) but unfortunately I couldn't go and do it because i had my some problem and now I have completed my MSC. You are so great teacher.
You're absolutely right Keith! We're left to our own devices. No one can help and guide us from A to Z so we have to be very proactive, independent to do what we want and pursuit our dreams 😊 Your lesson is brilliant! It's much appreciated💌
To be honest, my English really leaves little to be desired, sometimes I think I don't have a gift for it actually. So I usually tune in to your videos, quite religiously every day, to pick up some useful vocab that I can use in my daily life as well as in the IELTS speaking exam to boot. I gotta say there's a lot to be said for watching these educational videos. Not only do they help me hone my English skill but they also offer me the chance to learn about your outstanding pedagogical skill. There's just something special about the way you deliver the knowledge,...actually. I guess the pièce de résistance of each video is the simple yet straightforward examples, they just make English autodidacts like me understand the context in a better fashion. Thank you! (well, I just want to put the vocab that I've learnt recently into use, so this is quite long hihi).
I am looking for someone with whom I can practice my speaking skills in English. And in addition I am very grateful to Keith and all that he has made to improve our level in English
Hello dear Keith I really appriciate that you provide great lessons for us. I really fall in love with your style of teaching when you say: because we're grown up, so we say assignment instead of homework🙂
In order for your essay to get Band 9 in IELTS, it needs a 9 in every single criterion. Band 9 in Task Achievement means that you've fully addressed all parts of the task and your position expressed in your answer is completely developed and includes relevant ideas which you wrote at length about. Band 9 in Coherence and Cohesion means you have structured your essay correctly in terms of using paragraphs and you've achieved cohesion effortlessly, without drawing attention to it. To get Band 9 for Lexical Resource you need a variety of higher-level vocabulary, but the way you use it has to be natural; your errors, if any, must be rare and hardly noticeable. Band 9 for Grammatical Range and Accuracy comes from using a wide range of sentence structures correctly, accurately, and flexibly.
Hello Keith! I am thankful for all your speaking video lessons. I recently took the IELTS speaking exam and I scored 6.5 on my first try. God bless youu
