Love this! I love your idea of Life Organization System. I've been struggling to figure out what I need to keep track of everything in my life. This made it clear that I need 3 apps/systems to keep track of everything. Calendar, task management, and reference. Thank you!
Can you break down the difference between do and due more?? I feel like I am struggling with my system a bit and I think some clarity around how to manage those would be amazing!
I’d love to! Due dates are the absolute last day that something needs to be accomplished or completed. For example: a paper is due to the professor on January 15th, a report is due to your boss on January 15th or your child is in a play so they need a completed costume by January 15th. In the examples above, you wouldn’t want to be writing the paper, writing the report or sewing a costume on January 15th. Ideally you would select a day PRIOR to January 15th to “DO” the necessary actions to meet the deadlines. “DO” dates may be January 5th to research the paper and January 7th to write the paper. This ensures it is complete by the “DUE” date. Likewise DO dates for a work report or to complete a child’s costume would be several days before it needs to be completed. Hope that helps. - Jamie

I briefly considered adding a "system" counter to the video just for fun 😁
