The Kiss chocolates look so wonderful. I love chocolate and I'm always looking for something new and interesting, but I never saw chocolates in forms of lips. They look really-really tasty. I'm not surprised they are one of your bestsellers. ))

I have been to your shop before in Santa Barbara many many times and I am absolutely in love with your chocolates. I am also interested in becoming a professional chef. Most people wouldn't think I personally would want to but i do!
great video, I admire your passion. Just a question though, when you said that your chocolate's shelf life can last 6-7 weeks, is that because of the liquor or your weather in france? Here in Manila, they say its only good for two weeks, how come?
@jotiong33 Hello, sorry for the late answer. For the shelf life on the ganache, it depends on how you make it and of course the climate. If you have a lots of humidity the shelf life will be shorten. Thanks for watching the video!
