- I love this song,
it's a masterpiece,an amazing crying song!!
God kissed Pavarotti's throat ,
and kissed Jeff Beck's fingers.
The Magazine Rolling Stones of July 29, 2013 Jeff Beck is number 5 of all times. Видеоклипы
I didn’t became a Jeff Beck fan until I was over 60.
It is my opinion that Jeff’s great talent is his ability of being humble in the presence of his fellow performers, and taking joy in their performances!
He doesn't always try to control the stage or be the center. He knows how to accentuate the main person on the stage and make them sound better. This was such a beautiful piece. I hope everyone appreciates it for the work of art it is
Sorry. Just came across this piece. It is astounding. If u listen to it carefully, you can hear Jeff's licks complimenting Luciano's voice. OMG what a piece of music
Apparently Pavarotti and Jeff were recording at the same studio complex. The singer heard Jeff playing and was so enamoured that he invited him to play on Caruso. As for the Rolling Stone 'Best Guitarist List'... Ask Vai, Satriani, Perry, Slash, Sambora, Clapton, Page, Santana, McLaughlin... even George Martin and the late, great Les Paul next time you see him (at which point you may not care about this matter). Jeff transcends the musical genres. And let's face it, he KILLS!
Cherry - no contest
Sublime mélange de la voix unique de Pavarotti et du de la musicalité guitaristique de Jeff Beck ! RIP !!
Two of the greatest singers ever. One of them sang with his voice, the other sings with his fingers. Both sing with the voices of angels.
Perhaps now they are doing this up above. RIP
Right on!
❤
If the voice don't say it the guitar will play it!!
Jeff Beck is the only one who can pull this off. No other is in his category 🎸🎵🎶❗
This song definitely brings tears to the eyes
F
A well done reportage featuring two reknown artists known around the world ; including a great orchestra to accommodate the ballad.Flashback to Italy. ENCORD!
@@collinhoey5517both were in the top of their category of music and they both compliment each other ‼️👍
Such tasteful playing by Jeff! Not overplayed at all. His use of sustain, harmonics, tremolo and volume control while playing without a pick, are enough to make anyone cry. He even knows when to *not* play which is something that modern guitarists can't seem to understand. Emotion impact is not about how many notes per second.
Jim Beale guitar god is an understatement, the pure genius of the man and yet he still hgoes unrewarded by his own country, for gods sake why is he not Sir Jeff, he would probably tell them in no uncertain way , stick it up your ........, and who could blame him, thanksJeff have been a fan even before the yadbirds with the fabulous group he fronted at eel pie island in the early sixties, tridents i think ?
He plays to the song not his ego
Couldn't have said it better.
Jeff Beck's mother was a serious pianist and knew the great composers. She passed this knowledge to him. Cynthia Allen McLaglen

Jeff Beck, the 14th guitarist.... thats crazy. I think he is number one. The most creative fingers to ever hold a strat
Show me 13 guitarists who can or would play that or moon river
RIP Jeff Beck
His mother had very hard labor. Because Jeff was born while he was playing a strat.
I would like to know who can be the thirtheen ahead 😳 except Jimmy Hendrix /Page, Robert Fripp and Rory Gallagher on my opinion all others are virtuoses but they didn't reinvent the instrument (IE: Mc Laughlin, Di meola, de Lucia, etc.)
On the 2011 reviewed classement he is now 5th
Jeff Beck is the only guitarist that can pull this off. And rolling Stone is wrong on #5 - Jeff Beck is in the top 3 all time.
You can feel the soul from both in this. 🎸🎶🎵👍

No 1.
the greatest voice ever and greatest guitar player ever met and played....it's only justice
jeff, has the power of the planets at his finger tips.
I would like to thank the planet that loaned jeff to us.
surely.. no human can do what he does with a guitar..
for god's sake don't take him back home.. we love him far too
much here on earth..play on jeffery..play on.
I've been dragging my guitar head friends to see Jeff Beck since 1969, and without exception, at the end, they are all in tears thanking me. Most think they know what he's about until they see him live..... then he just shatters all their circuits. WTF!!!
Fantastyczne polaczenie klasycznej opery z rokowym brzmieniem.Ale w wykonaniu takich mistrzow jak L. Pawarotti i J. Beck to pewniak i mistrzostwo.
what a great song. jeff does it all. great combination. 2 masters.
JEFF...INSUPERABLE. !!!
EXTRAÑANDOLO A CASI UN AÑO DE SU PARTIDA, EN UN "MOON RIVER" AL CIELO...
ALLÁ JEFF, ESTÁN JACK BRUCE, JON HISEMAN, JOE COCKER, BB KING, TIM BOGERT...PARA QUE LA ARMEN EN GRANDE..TOCANDO PARA DIOS...
Pavarotti is the voice of God and Beck just makes the guitar cry without getting in the way of the voice....BRAVO
Al que vive la triste soledad y el dolor de no tener nada esta música 🎵 me hace llorar y me hace sentir en paz conmigo y von el mundo. ❤
The greatest opera singer, Pavarotti, and greatest guitarist, J. Beck together with a beautiful rendition of Caruso, in which Jeff never overplayed Pavarotti, but enhanced it beautifully. Two of the best musicians ever.
I was never into meeting anyone in fame ( who cares ) but Jeff Beck is someone I like to hang out with. He's so down to earth.
I don't care what them rated or said,
or what kind the "best guitar solo ever",
Jeff Beck is always the best in my mind.
Thank you for coming!
Absolutely…May he rest In peace!
He evolved when others stagnated. He developed his own voice using methods that people can describe but cannot copy
@@robertfarrimond3369 well put.
Totally agree, Jeff Beck and his strat 🎸 👍
Its such a great pitythat jeff has not been recognised for the great talent that he is, like many others we will not know how great he is until we dont have him, without doubt the best guitar player we have had the fortune to listen to, godbless you Jeff, the real master with fingers blessed by god.
And today's that day...
Simon your comment brings tears, still grieving days later
there are no other guitarists that can take credit for something this enormous. BECK is light years ahead of the rest. rolling stone is commercial.
SO TRUE 💯 🎸🎶🎵
Rolling stone is like playboy used to be - the annual readers poll of greatest musicians always picked Paul McCartney as the world's greatest bass player ...because he was the only bass player playboy readers ever heard of
Somethings are irreplaceable. Jeff was one of those
love Jeff our lives are poorer without him
Pavarotti and Maestro Jeff Beck....eternal as eternity itself. Bless the two....in the universe of heaven.....forever in our hearts
Oh my! I don't even like electric guitar but I must agree w/ Pava when he said in talking about this cut on Ti Adoro that w/ Jeff Beck the song has new power and energy! Pava is my heart but the way Beck spins that sound around Pava's God blessed voice is---------heart stopping!
Pavarotti's voice, as always, is masterful. Hearing Jeff Beck, coming from a different musical Avenue, merge and accompany Pavarotti's voice is a rare Gem...
Due stelle che brillano per sempre.... ma mi mancano tanto
Masterpiece write by Lucio Dalla in memory of the great Signore Enrico Caruso "il piu grande Tenor dell'Opéra ! Thank you very much Jeff Beck , you are an Angel ♥
@renduke pavaroti knew Beck was in his own league and thats why Beck is on the recording
Exquisite beauty and emotion - thank you Luciano Pavarotti - Jeff Beck
Wow! That was beautiful and powerful. The whole package right there. ty boys. Wowza.
I didn’t know Jeff Beck played guitar on this Pavarotti song. How beautiful.
The Duo is fabulous ❤❤❤😅🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🎸🎶😊
Jeff Beck the greatest, the master, god bless
most ridiculous lists of "greatest solos ever" are those which has smells like teens spirit ranked much higher than cause we've ended as lovers.
merveilleux
The mistake was corrected just a litlle. The Magazine Rolling Stones of July 29, 2013 Jeff Beck is number 5 of all times. Hope he will become to be number 1 soon. Best wishes to all of you from Southamerica-Chile
I’m learning in my old age not to get hung up on “best evers” or “number ones”. Having said that, the current flavor of the day is Metteo Mancuso. He’s a remarkable talent many of the greats are hailing him as the next best ever. And he deserves that to some degree. I’ve heard him mimic and copy and showcase to perfection almost everyone and every type and YET… when he does his tribute to Jeff Beck… it doesn’t come close… that feel the orchestra within his fingers (speaking of Beck) Mancuso doesn’t come close. With the exception of Jimi Hendrix and maybe Eddie VH we all know it’s Jeff.
The most beautiful song that has ever been recorded. So beautiful.
when the voice strings meets the guitar strings you get this kind of masterpiece.
Straight to my heart … two sadly missed wonders x
this is just a amazing song, of deep power and passion of soul, a real rarity, Christ Bless this song forever.
14th? Jeff is undoubtedly the No 1. Now and forever!
Totally agree, Jeff's the best ever. Many musicians are now on record with this view.

UFFF....ME HACEN LLORAR..LITERAL
Seen Mr.Beck 10 maybe 12 times, always brought amazing musicians along with him, and never afraid to share a stage with anybody. So gracious so kind to everyone so sad never be able to see him again. This was an amazing piece. I bet he thoroughly enjoyed doing this.
Divine talent Thanks
so good to hear Beck in the background of such a beautiflul melody
I did not know about this recording. One of the greatest voices ever working with one of the greatest guitarists ever. The story of how it came about - talent seeing talent and creating the chance to work together and this song as the result - is what sums both of them up.
Bravo to both of them and thank you for posting this.
I agree this is a “masterpiece”. Thank you for sharing
I love this song,
it's a masterpiece,an amazing crying song!!
God kissed Pavarotti's throat ,
