@webslinger793 Wake up my friend as professional bodybuilding has always and will always be a business filled with politics and what is best for the Business of bodybuilding. If it was all about just pure bodybuilding, Kai Green, Nasser El Sombati, Flex Wheeler and Tom Platz would have all been Mr. Olympias. And we would never now who Arnold is because Sergio Olivia had a much better physique, but was not good for the Business of Bodybuilding.

In any way...qualifying for Mr Olympia for ten consecutive years in '90s was probably an achievement that very few guys in the Golden Era have accomplished.

They should practice poses bodybuilders offseason minimum half hour a day and an hour leading up to the show that helps bring out the separation in the muscle and connect with the central nervous system

only issue i had with what chris said is that he’s unintentionally undermining the incredible trainer that Hany is making it seem like dereks issues are so easily fixable.

Dennis' attitude of silencing/refuting anything said against the IFBB/NPC is getting old, the people running the shows, the IFBB/NPC, the judges; they're all human, they make mistakes too, they have days where they're off. It's okay to defend someone from personal attacks but stop defending people's mistakes please, especially when it can cost someone else.
I still believe Steve has the one of the best eyes for judging bodybuilding even if I don't always agree with his decision, I acknowledge i just have slightly different preferences.
