The way to BYPASS the errors when running windows 11 explorer on windows 10 is to copy all the files that the error is saying. Get those files from windows 11, Put them on windows 10, Then Try to run it. If it works, Good Job! If it does not work, Thats means windows 11 is very much not windows 10
suggestion:download 6 viruses and one should be an anti virus but it's not (scam anti virus) and then activate it and then go to windows defender and see if it detect anything
*I have a suggestion delete bootmgr from system reversed drive and restart Windows* to do this go to disk management then right click on system reversed and click on change drive letter and paths then click on add then click OK then go to file explorer and go to E: then go to view options folder options then go to view and then uncheck hide protected operating system files then it will show you a warning click yes now there are files on the system reversed drive take ownership of bootmgr.dll and delete it please see my suggestion!

I think i managed to fix it afterwords using the recovery menu I used notepad to rename the file back to the original name and it worked again.👍
