I’m still recovering, it’s been 5 months... hoping to get better soon. Headaches have gone away so now it’s easier to exercise so that’s good because exercise can help in recovery
@Beaner Jumper vitamins and minerals are truly the answer to recovery bro...that excercise and regular stretching to keep the minerals in the blood flowing to the right places
@@davislucins4865 Please may I ask: so it is possible to recover from a concussion? I can't believe I injured myself so badly from jumping and spike landing head first from a pillow (self wrestling)- now everytime I walk it feels like my brain is smashing against my skull which makes me feel very fatigued, this has been going on for a month now after I injury, not sure if I'll ever recover 😢😔
@truth be told Sir/ Ma'am please may I ask: Did you manage to recover? Asking because I injured myself and have similar symptoms now I'm trying to assess if I'll recover
I must be one of the unfortunate ppl that have significant symptoms. I was beaten at work by an inmate. I now have been out of work for 10 months. I am sick some days and headaches almost everyday. The dizziness is the worst. My memory is terrible still and it's even hard for me to type this.
its been 8 years for me but recently it feels like I have gotten worse. Its so hard to get help after the fact. These doctors were nerds in school and have no idea what it was like to play a contact sport. I had a doctor tell me concussion and focus are unrelated. I feel like im in a foggy hell
I'm experience the exact same symptom! It feels like the inside of my head is bleeding when there's alot of noise around. Please may I ask: does it feel like your brain is moving around when you walk fast causing you to become abit dizzy and fatigued? I'm just trying to assess if I'll ever recover
@@Ameen2134 I feel better than how I was before, but still have that sensation of fluid moving inside my head. I did do a CT scan though and they said there's no brain damage, so I can still make a full recovery with surgery.
My loved one got concussion 6 years ago and still needed to lay down most of day and got migraines. He saw doctors few times a week for 6 years, nothing helped. There is no hope.
I have had several head trauma The last one was 1991 And I am still suffering When I say head trauma several times I mean over a 16-year. I probably had one every year or more is it possible for me to still be suffering? Is there anything I can do to help myself? In the beginning I went to several doctors and no one could really find anything wrong
What are your symptoms? I too had very minor concussion 2 weeks back but symptoms are all day diziness, confusion, fatigue and vision issues. Last 2 weeks are almost like hell
@@Enigma0071how are you feeling ? That’s currently me right now. I got jumped drunk at a party blacked out found out I got knocked out and next thing you know concussion. I get crazy anxiety, sometimes blurry vision or confusion and I be tired through out the day or get tired easily.

Change your diet and eat alot of plants that will regenerate your cells
you just have to activate neuroplasticity to recover fully in your brain
U eat fish 3 times in week
It’s been 6 months for me and still not getting better and in fact seems like new shots still coming up.
