I’m still recovering, it’s been 5 months... hoping to get better soon. Headaches have gone away so now it’s easier to exercise so that’s good because exercise can help in recovery

@Beaner Jumper vitamins and minerals are truly the answer to recovery bro...that excercise and regular stretching to keep the minerals in the blood flowing to the right places

@@davislucins4865 Please may I ask: so it is possible to recover from a concussion?
I can't believe I injured myself so badly from jumping and spike landing head first from a pillow (self wrestling)- now everytime I walk it feels like my brain is smashing against my skull which makes me feel very fatigued, this has been going on for a month now after I injury, not sure if I'll ever recover 😢😔

I must be one of the unfortunate ppl that have significant symptoms. I was beaten at work by an inmate. I now have been out of work for 10 months. I am sick some days and headaches almost everyday. The dizziness is the worst. My memory is terrible still and it's even hard for me to type this.

its been 8 years for me but recently it feels like I have gotten worse. Its so hard to get help after the fact. These doctors were nerds in school and have no idea what it was like to play a contact sport. I had a doctor tell me concussion and focus are unrelated. I feel like im in a foggy hell

I have had several head trauma
    The last one was 1991
    And I am still suffering
When I say head trauma several times I mean over a 16-year. I probably had one every year or more is it possible for me to still be suffering? Is there anything I can do to help myself?
In the beginning I went to several doctors and no one could really find anything wrong
