    In 2024, we've learned something new: it's not the omentum that makes us crave food by releasing hormones. Instead, it's often insulin resistance caused by eating too much sugar.

    I have always been told that a pound of fat and a pound of muscle weighs the same. It’s just muscle takes up less space in the body than that does so fat does not weigh more than muscle.
