And peahens. We have lots of cocks and hens in our neighborhood. They are docile birds. Cat is adorable. He would be in more danger than the bird if he tried to catch it!
But he seemed quite relaxed at the beginning of the video while watching them. His tail may be naturally like that. For instance in the videos by the RUclips channel "Catz Club" one cat (Nami) has a relatively "normal" slim tail but the other cat (Uni) has a very bushy tail. The owners call them "sister" cats but I'm not convinced they are actually sisters. They were stray cats rescued from the same area which is why the owners called them sisters.
If there was some way to make a screen door so they could explore each other more (scent and hearing), but not be at the mercy of each other, that would be cool.
Yes! My cats have a screened-in catio where they enjoy watching birds, squirrels, and other nature. You are welcome to watch another video on this channel (the oldest video) about my cats' closer interactions with the peacocks. Thanks for visiting!
He’s just checking on dinner.
Wow, imagine having peacocks outside your window. Arthur is a sweetie.

Unfortunately their poop is also proportional to their size. Don’t park your car under a tree they’re sitting in, trust me. 😭
@@msrrf1 Haha! Fortunately, they live down the road.
I like the natural cat tree!😸
That was so cute. Your cat was enthralled by the peacocks. Plus it gave him something interesting to watch so he didn't get bored.
That cat is so frustrated by the door!
Glorious sight.
Oh wow amazing
The waving is so cute and how lucky you caught this precious moment!
Thanks! You are right, often I have to be lucky to film my cats; they can be so quick and unpredictable. 😺
OMG! Who has peacocks in their yard? So awesome!
Arthur's tail is in full fluff❤
Not sure how much he likes them in his yard as his tail is puffed out big time.

I am curious where this is that there are peacocks hanging out in the back yard
Northern California for starters. They’re everywhere.
Some in So Cal as well. In San Diego on rooftops.
It’s called living in the country.
I assume they’re quite tasty ?
Country, anybody with land and money has Peacocks here in Virginia.

lol cute
Kitty had new friends--peacocks! How sweet. You can have peacocks anywhere, I think. My grandparents had.them on a farm in Wisconsin.
