Beautiful and informative video. I told my husband every time I watch one of your videos I learn something new! Your wonderful! What a collection!!!!❤ I am so happy I found you!!!
So this was one of the best videos!!!!! Your knowledge is just astounding. I learned so so much. As to good better and best, to me, when you pull out the pieces they each have such beauty like u say why bother competing between them as they all are the best. Each has its unique beauty and that is the beauty of Navajo/Hopi jewellery! Your early cuffs without the turquoise were such a lesson for me. Design, wear patterns, hand tooled design, and simplicity of design makes perfect sense. Thank u for these lessons that literally people pay to learn!!!!!❤

Would you please consider doing comparing and contrasting as well sharing any stories of missed opportunities or opportunities you regretted passing.
Thank you for sharing so much info Jason. I’ve been a collector for 35 years. At 29:45 your P Sanchez cuff - in late 2023 I bought a very high end Wild Horse Magnesite cuff from an incredibly reputable native jewelry dealer of 55 years I bought as a gift for a dear friend I commissioned to complete a different piece for me. I gave it as payment for her artwork. I swear it is the exact same deep iron red color host rock / matrix wirh very similar white “turquoise” deposits. I’ve not seen ANY Wild Horse before or since that has that deep matrix color which is same as yours…Has to be from same mine… Can send you a picture even.. Your thoughts?
comment above certainly not meant to discredit or deny age of your piece, etc. It's out of reverence and great interest I have for the remarkable stones. Many of the best Native silversmiths keep their best stones for many years (even generations) before setting them in jewelry. I believe it's pinnacle quality Wild Horse from Southern AZ ... almost impossible to find in any time period with that near black / darkest red host rock with pure white phosphate deposits...
@ I discovered what stone it is on your PSanchez cuff. It’s a rare turquoise from Candelaria Hills, NV called Miss Moffett Turquoise. James Morrow from Rockswest in Santa Fe was selling some rough at the 2024 Denver show. Spectacular!
Jason my wonderful friend, I has a Native American belt buckle that is very tarnished .I really don't want to over polish it . However I'm going to sell it on eBay.. do you have any suggestions on doing that? It's Steve Grant
@@joshyboy1974 Joshy....I would use a silver polishing cloth....wipe it gently if you do anything......most collectors I know like some tarnish....patina..love ya buddy 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Hi Jason, once again, another great informative video. Just a quick question. Do you leave the piece tarnished/aged patina or can you clean them so they are nice and shiny?
Again, I've learnt so much today. Thank you, Jason. Are the simple sterling silver cuffs without the stones always solid sterling silver? Are they ever hollow? Especially with that triangular shape, I'm curious. We very rarely see beautiful turquoise cuffs like that here in the UK, but I'm ever hopeful that the were brought here by tourists. More Native American treats please xxx

comment above certainly not meant to discredit or deny age of your piece, etc.
Thank you for being here. Sorry I missed this comment!!!!
@ I discovered what stone it is on your PSanchez cuff. It’s a rare turquoise from Candelaria Hills, NV called Miss Moffett Turquoise. James Morrow from Rockswest in Santa Fe was selling some rough at the 2024 Denver show. Spectacular!
omg...never seen a cuff like the spiderweb white buffalo
WENDY....HE TOLD ME IT WAS VERY SPECIAL!!!!!!!
@@jasonadams8633 I will get a cloth ... I don't like polishing silver either.. I'm nervous about selling it because eBay has them for $250.00 .. I'm unsure about pricing 😞 I love you too 😘💖😘💖
What about showing your collection of rings.
Ok! I will!

Hi Jason, once again, another great informative video. Just a quick question. Do you leave the piece tarnished/aged patina or can you clean them so they are nice and shiny?
Hi..I never polish my silver
Again, I've learnt so much today. Thank you, Jason. Are the simple sterling silver cuffs without the stones always solid sterling silver? Are they ever hollow? Especially with that triangular shape, I'm curious. We very rarely see beautiful turquoise cuffs like that here in the UK, but I'm ever hopeful that the were brought here by tourists. More Native American treats please xxx
@@jencaldwell hi Jen! Thank you. Great question. In my many years, I have NEVER seen a carinated cuff that was hollow!!!!!! Thank you for watching and sharing!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I have a piece that looks like Lander Blue but lighter. It's real stone and silver locket. It's on my poshmark. I have no idea what I'm doing when it come to turquoise.😅
I know people collect, but I can't seem to give this stuff away on posh. Lol
