Hi man, love your videos, I've watched most of the low spec config videos bc I have an H110 with a Pentium.. and I was wondering if it's worth it to spend in a good old cpu mother combo, or just get an i5 7400.. 7500 (or 7600 if possible) I know that the i7 7700 would be the best option.. maybe? But it's very expensive in my country, even in used conditions.. so, my question is: Is there a big or notable difference in perfomance between 6th and 7th generation in intel cpus? and.. Which GPU would be the best for the i5 7th gen? (currently i have a GTX 1050 2gb)
Honestly, unless you find a really good deal on a i7-7700, they are priced really high for some reason. Any i5 or i7 will be a big jump from an older model Pentium. What country are you in?
@@HaisteComputerRepair hi, thanks for answering, I live in Paraguay (and most of the "pc industry" is imported from Brazil.) i've already seen quite a lot of post where they wanna sell just the cpu 7700 alone, and the prices of these are sometimes the same or even more expensier than just buying like a ryzen 1600x cpu-mb combo.. the thing is, to be honest.. I'm a little afraid to.. spoil it? to damage something or idk bc if i buy another cpu-mb combo, i have to take apart (disassemble?) my current computer, and that's kinda scary lol

Back in 2016 I had an i7-4770K and GTX 1070. Kind of like a "big brother" to this PC.

I have the same setup. Playing horizon zero dawn in 1080p no problem. Love it. I got a bunch of gtx 1060 6gb on marketplace for 50$ a pop

I have an old GTX 1060 6GB laying around, but use a GTX 1650 Super with muh ol' i7-3770. Runs Xbox One era games silky smooth maxed out.

Those fans are pretty cheap on Amazon. Other items like the GTX 1060 6GB came to me for free, so this PC sold for only $280 CAD.

did he repaste the cpu because if he did not goes to show how supior the 3770k is over it's brother the 4770k and 4790k🤣🤣🤣
