As per my personal opinion garlic taking early morning is best for health because I am taking 2to4yesalu garlic daily early morning since long back. Now I am 75 years old. Till today my health is very good event hough I have no sugar n bp.

I used to eat garlic why honey. But i'll never eat garlic like that again. Although it was helpful in doing physical work but my anger shoot up several hundred times than normal.
