    Garlic belongs to the genus Allium and has close ties with the onion, rakkyo, which is an onion from Asia, scallion, chive, leek, and shallot. Humans have used it for thousands of years, and it has been popular in ancient Egypt for both culinary purposes and its health and therapeutic benefits.

    Antibiotic properties
    Garlic contains allicin, which acts as an antibiotic. Garlic releases allicin when a person chops or crushes it.

    As per my personal opinion garlic taking early morning is best for health because I am taking 2to4yesalu garlic daily early morning since long back. Now I am 75 years old. Till today my health is very good event hough I have no sugar n bp.

    Man's growth is because of his intellect. Mind is much more important than body. Taking garlic for curing the body implies we are ignoring the role of mind in our life. I would never eat garlic and never would recommend to anyone.

      I used to eat garlic why honey. But i'll never eat garlic like that again. Although it was helpful in doing physical work but my anger shoot up several hundred times than normal.
      Garlic creates severe anger issues. So please don't eat it.
