- Here is a series of ball control drills done by a professional team in Japan coached by Toshi Yoshida that they do at the start of practice that improves their teams ball control.

I would like to know what the lines on the court represent from a coaching standpoint.

Can anyone tell me how many times a week or how often is it recommended to practice ball control and your overall physical strenght (as in explosive training and just regular strenght training)
I have volleyball training on Tuesday and Thursday 2 hours each time. I workout on Saturday and maybe do some cardio on Sundays if possible. And I don't have any problems with my muscles or anything else as long as you get enough sleep, eat a bit healthy, stretch well
