Great video, plan to implement a bunch of these I to my practice. Question, did you buy the volleyball on the tether or just make it?

I'm a subscriber to the channel (youtube), congratulations on the excellent material. I am a former university professor teaching sports training and volleyball. Former fitness coach of national league teams. Today, I have a channel that talks about non-profit volleyball and would like permission to use parts of your videos in around 10 to 30 seconds. when using it I will quote the source, indicate the channel and put the link in the description. Thank you await return.

Nice work coach. Coaching is a universal thing... all sports share one thing breaking it down into the smaller movements.

Best volleyball video I've watched to date. This answered so many of my questions as a new player. Now I know how to work on bringing my skills up. Especially tracking. Nobody talks about that and it is a huge issue when you start. Thank you!
