the res is so deceptively good. Say you are capped at 70% and you take a 1000 base damage, instead you take 300dmg. If you get up to the true 85% res cap with masterworking that 1000 damage becomes 150 damage. So because of how res works / stacks now, that 15% is effectively a 50% damage reduction and on top you get 30% flat DR.
@@kaylee42900 aye, capping your resistances can make a huge difference in staying alive in higher tier content.. Also that massive all res makes it very easy to hit cap and so you can use your tempers for other things.
Great review and totally good call on the colour matching issue. It's very Wonder Woman Amazon look and would have been great to match! I went with a circlet to look somewhat cool.
I got this beauty yesterday! So damn strong. I love the new unniques because they actualy have a place in the grand scheme of things. For instance, a perfectly rolled legendary armor with GAs can absolutely compete with anything and everything, but the uniques have special affixes you cant get otherwise. Really actually makes you think! Thats what its all about! One small example is that a GA dark shroud triple MW armor gives you +8, which is actually much much more DR than Tyreals! I agree with armors not looking great on Druids. They too fat xD
this is probably a dumb question but does this drop randomly and if so is there a person that drops it more than any other or can I only make this from shards?
It can randomly drop anywhere World tier 3 and up, but it is rare. You can farm Duriel and Andariel bosses for a chance, and Tormented bosses have a higher chance.
Ben farming a lot. Just leveled a Barb to 35. Now it will enjoy 6 mythics all being Masterworked to 12 :) kinda feels like smurfing out a new toon in D2
Does anyone one know if the divine barrage on Tyrael's Might would mark the target when xasting a basic skill for sake if the PainGorger's Unique gloves?
not sure, but that could be easily tested in the training room, just hold shift and swing at the air in the direction of the dummies. If they get marked then yes, if they don't then no.
Quad GA souldbrand with 30% on the barrier DR is way better than Tyraels honestly, by a long shot too. Your talking about 52% + Damage reduction without master working and massive barrier generation increases. With master working you can hit 58% Damage reduction while healthy & 30% Damage Reduction with a barrier. for a ridiculous 88% Damage Reduction, and massive barrier generation. Tyrael's would need to also be 4 Greater Affixes just to compete.

I got a spark for doing season 4 and a spark for beating the blood guy on uber hard. I need two more sparks. I know I can get one for killing Lilith. Can a person get a spark for season 5?
How to get 4 sparks: finish seasonal milestones. Finish seasonal rank at that lady. Kill Uber Lilith. Make a second character and finish seasonal rank at that lady again
Honestly not that hard to get them tbh, 1 spark from Lilith, 1 spark from tormented boss, 1 spark from cache gets you 1 spark away from your first craft without even making a new character. Mats for durel, andariel, Grigore, beast in the ice, and zir rain from the sky, and the boxes from the rep quests literally give you free stygian stones, as well as the season journey. Farming the tormented bosses daily gets you like 1-4 ubers a day if your lucky, and you destroy the duplicates for sparks. Make new characters too, and you get 1 spark per character that way as well. I literally have 1 of every single mythic and have found multiple of several that I destroyed for sparks.
Why did they have to change uber to mythic? Because it was german? Why stop there? Diablo is a spanish word, so they ought to rename the game to Devil 4 or Satan 4.
Mythic is a World of Warcraft term... but the reason they used was that they uber uniques weren't standing out enough from the regular ones. Hence the purple, the name change I think is just a stupid nod to WoW which I don't like.
gamers are typically very reactive when it comes to any type of change. i would hypothesize that because this is the first time i've seen anyone complain about this, that people didn't really care much about the old "uber" name. when something changes and the masses don't complain, they either don't care or prefer the change

You can keep creating new seasonal characters and complete the season rep grind to get 1 spark for each character
