I love that there's no music. Most of the time I find the music really annoying! Refreshing to watch a video without it, helps me to focus on my body/what the coach is explaining better!
Wow, this is me! I have been counting breaths for my yoga and isometrics for years, but rarely hear it taught. I also do deep kegels with each breath, strengthening the pelvic floor. Men and women both need stronger cores and deeper floor strength as we age.
THE LAST ONE!!!!! you have always been great for strength training will our own bodies. Unfortunately I went from 5% body fat (which you helped me o get to), to 30%. So I am on a comeback. And it all feels brand new though I never stopped working out. I am just seein results after going hard for 9 months and you will always be a part of my health and success. Thank you Sean!! Xoxoxoxo
You don’t know how much all your workouts mean to me. Thank you, Couch Vigue! Today, I listened to Dave Matthew’s Band “Away From the World” album, and the hovers got me shaking the most!
First hover was good…second hover barely made it to 6 breaths! That was a great workout. No music today…just listening to the birds chirp. Thanks Sean!!
Great workout, found your video by coincedence and wished it had happened sooner. Loving your relaxed style with still a lot of explaining. Will definitely check out your other videos. My go to workout music is Soul of Dragon from Epic Music VN.

Lol The last 3 made me shake the most, but I did them! Also too, I played metal and rockabilly music to this. Countdown's Begun by Ozzy Osbourne and Rockabilly Rules by the Coolcats.
Unfortunately I can't put on music because I do this through chrome cast streaming to the TV. I could only use the radio but then would have to deal with commercials

@@SeanVigueFitness no, does it need advertising? I just recommended and asked him to come with tools for extra resistance for mat pilates.
