    10:00 Bullying builds character?? Are they serious?
    If anything, bullying does the opposite. Worse case scenario, bullied kids without anyone who'll listen go on to commit suicide. Then the bully will act like it's not thier fault.
    Any adult who thinks that's right has no reason to be around any children until they fix themselves in the head.

    First story: if op would have died because of that pneumonia, i'm sure that car would have stayed in that Karen's garage. That literally could be the reason why she took it, she wanted to have it and thought that she could keep it if no one knew where it was. That's not mercy what op did, she is a bad person and it's not up to op to decide what happens to bad persons, we have laws for that. And she couldn't have stayed in that HOA if she was in prison, could she. That kind of people do bad things to other people, so if she does something bad in next couple of years, that's on op.

    1st story. No sympathy if that karen, or any other karen, decides to take advantage of you or robs you or even beats you up. Ah, you showed HER mercy. When she does something like that AGAIN, and she will, YOU will be responsible.

    As to the first story op was way to nice to the person that broke into his house and stole his car. Dont do the crime if you cant do the time. That thief got off easy. She should be forced out of the neighborhood.

    The scary thing is there actually are people like the one in thar first story. Have one in my neighbourhood. She has no problem walking into peoples homes while theyre in the hospital and absolutely cleans them out. Clothing and personal items taken to the dump, furniture sold or kept by the karen. Doesn't seem to matter gow many of us in the neighbourhood see and report the actions either. Its always swept under the rug

    Babysitting MC: You hire a babysitter for a reason, because the babysitter knows what is doing. So if the parents think the babysitter won't do their job well then save both money and the babysitter's time and do what you should and be a good parent.

      Frequently a City or County Engineer or Building Inspector needs to sign off as well for the house / building to be fit for human occupation (no info on whether Martians, Venuzians or cockroaches have building codes written into their Civil Statutes)

    Why the hell do people never respect the classics like they are way better then anything modern and we gotta respect and preserve them IT AINT FAIR!!!! THEY ARE GETTING MORE AND MORE RARE BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE CRASHING THEM AND DESTROYING THEM ITS NOT FRICKIN FAIR!!!!

    • @raeishimura
      @raeishimura 11 месяцев назад

      There are a lot of people who don't really respect or care about the historical significance of classic cars. They aren't as quiet, as convenient, as safe or as high tech as modern cars, so they just don't care. And, while yes, all of that is true, the classics have style and historical significance. They are a part of classical American culture. Preserving and restoring them is also a bit of an old man's game. Keeping them running requires mechanical skills that aren't taught anymore, and repairing and restoring bodywork, badges etc. Often requires expensive custom work and reproduction parts. Its something that most people just aren't up to the challenge of. There are thankfully people who still try to keep the classics preserved. I know i certainly am.
      I've got a 1971 AMC Javelin SST that I'm restoring. The Gen 2 Javelins like it are rare enough, with less than 8,000 left, but the 71 SST is a one off model, with SST's built in 71 having a completely unique front end from all other years thanks to a change in regulations and the 71 being the first year of the Gen 2 model. Nobody knows the exact numbers of this specific, fairly unique model of the car, but best estimates put it in the range of just under 300 left. I plan to make sure its in good enough shape to be running long after I'm gone, but most folks? Well, its too much for them to handle

      @@raeishimura One thing im worried about is my old envoy getting destroyed because someone thinks its ugly when its as ugly as anything modern if not looking better then anything modern and if i ever get my dream car a 73 porsche 911 or a 80s porsche 911 coverlet if i get the money for that or the 88 pontiac fiero GT the budget sports car im just worried someone will destroy the damn things because ''OHHHH ITS A UGLY USELESS MACHINE!!!'' when it has lasted longer then their car will ever last just pains me to see the modern world how it is.

    As for the second story, I find it unbelievably stupid that the people who had the house built and the bank had not checked up on the progress of the building of the house as it was built. Without knowledge of how to build a house, either party would have noticed these egregious errors in the construction, along with the workers themselves. A wall going through a bathtub and other things. After WW II many of the military applied for VHA home loans and the VHA inspected the properties as they were being built. If they found something that was unacceptable, the builder was told to fix it immediately, such as one outlet per room, becoming four outlets per room and so forth. Other home buyers got scammed with windows without frames or 1x8 studs instead of 2x4 studs and thinner insulation or conduit in the attic going down walls about two or three inches with Romex wiring in the conduit, when they were supposed to have conduit throughout the building. The builders would declare bankruptcy and then form again under a new name to avoid paying to fix their scam building practices. There were too many buildings going up and not enough inspectors.
    I know my father had a home built and was inspecting the construction every day. If you don’t, that’s your stupidity and the lenders.

    First story: you might have got a public apology letter but I guarantee at least 90% of that letter came from her lawyer not her which is not a apology it's covering your clients ass so her mouth doesn't lead to more litigation

    • @jayfenwenzel6531
      @jayfenwenzel6531 11 месяцев назад +1

      Next time ask for a video apology she will still discuss with her lawyer what she should and shouldn't say but that would be forcing her to actually say the words but again just because she says it doesn't have anything to do with her meaning it

    Yeah, that HOA in that first story didn't dissolve for no reason. They probably had to; I'm willing to bet them having keys to everyone's houses was not legal whatsoever and they feared they would face legal consequences when the police started looking at Karen. After all, how did she gain access to the property? She had a key? The HOA keeps keys to everyone's houses? Interesting. Pretty sure the police and lawyers would be all over that in an instant, since I'm pretty sure that's not legally enforceable. And I'd bet on the HOA not having that be a legal bylaw, since most HOAs have to get their bylaws approved by the government.
