I'm currently in Cosmetology school and have been a nervous wreck everyday because i'm a perfectionist and the way we're taught isn't easy for me to learn and retain the information. Would you suggest the green toning conditioner if you previously had red/burgundy box dye and are trying to go a natural looking copper at a salon? I've had one colour correction appointment so far but am wondering if this could further help get the red tones out of my hair

I’ve tried a few of the brands you referenced and I would honestly recommend the living proof restore (I think it’s the restore line, the one in the purple bottle). It’s expensive but if you’re willing to pay that much, it’s honestly incredible. I went from having crispy fragile hair to some of the softest hair of my life.

15:00 I tend to prefer dark brown compared to black. It gives a similar effect without being too harsh.
