azhar uddin dude we have probably been doing this for thousands of years nothing has happened to us. man is capable enough to handle few germs. it is impossible to find a food that is not contaminated at all.
Greetings from Malaysia!! Thank you for uploading massive videos. I love to see how others cooks especially by doing it in a traditional way. And love when you take a few seconds on and off from cooking with view of your village. Keep it up!!
Yummy. Thank you for uploading this video. It is nice to watch people from other culture cooking. Skillful in your own way, for example the way hot charcoal is scattered on top of the lid to ensure heat is well distributed.
Hi , super vegetarian food , great taste , first time seeing this banana flower biryani . will try this dish soon , thanks to your family . hope to see more vege verities in your next clips
Hello from Malaysia! So happy to find your page, became an instant fan. We typically have the same ingredients here in Malaysia. Its nice to see how all these ingredients cooked differently from the way we cook it. Keep it up!
Fibrous and fragrant. The closest taste I can think of is the fibres on the inside peel of a banana. You know the strands you can pull off the inside of the peel? I feel like it tastes a bit like that, but more fragrant and tasty.
Thx for sharing. In my culture, we do not eat the outer layer of the flower. We only used the inner part ( the white colour ) and cook it with " Santan " or Coconut milk. Add dried fish and it tastes.. YUmmy!!
Hi everyone in your village. Vanakkum. Nice video n lovely meal. There's few part of the flowers r discarded; I'm wondering why though? Continue with such videos; helps to get to know other cultures n mostly recipes. U love cooking myself! 😊Asha from Mauritius. Nandri. Vanakkum to u n your family. 😊
Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe with the world. I had no idea Banana Flowers could be used in a dish. And I love the banana leaves used as serving trays. Very well done. A+
Food Money Food .....All your videos are really good....especially they feel us connected to Mother Earth ...living in city life has become plastic and no real feeling of how God really made us and that God has provided everything for us through Earth our planet....which can be felt in your videos ....plzzz keep it as it is natural and giving full respect to mother Earth ....salute to all the Farmers ......
l have seen a few B flowers in the local grocery but l wondered what they did with the flowers.... so therefore very nice video .. l used to think do they eat the flowers just like that.... or chop them up for salads... now l know ... thank you for the upload ... awesome.
Amyart5 If you ever attempt to cook it, spread some oil on your hands before peeling it! it's quite sticky, and it tastes bitter as well. Good for health though.
Well it really depends on what you're making, but yes you'll need more than 1 generally. You can see in this video roughly how much you get from 1 pod.
I would love to taste this. Is that mashed banana that is added to the saute spices? It would be nice if your videos added a list of ingredients since some of the items are foreign to viewers.
We cook banana blossom/heart also but we also use the other parts of the banana heart not only that. And it is really tasty as an appetizer or side dish..
Thank you for sharing, it's so simple, but to be honest if someone serves me this and say it's biryani, I will start crying, these people are so innocent, God bless
I never knew you could eat the banana flower. Where i come from, we throw it away, but after watching this im gonna chop off all the banana flowers from my neighbours backyard and eat it hahaha

I cook banana blossom as a soup. Sometime i made rosted chichken in the pot with banana bloosom. It tasted amzing ... you should try some day. It a special dish though... in us, banana blosoom so expensive, it is expensive than chicken.
