No, when you've laid down the "pathway" and try to quit porn, the pathway doesn't fully grow back. Like shown in the video. Hence why some still get tempted after years of not using it and they feel the same,but less urge. I advise you to quit porn for good,it'll stop those pathways from forming in the first place.

You should question everything that is presented to you without any statistics, and if you see statistics you should research ALL the statistics that are out there and research the methods that were used to acquire the statistics. I would bet they have no real statistical data to back up most of what is being said except just the basics of addiction in general, which is definitely important to understand.
