Dear Velile and your husband you two are leading a powerful revolution which threatens the banking and food industry!!! This is far more effective than political office. Every beautiful home you showcase is a lost mortgage for the banks. Every field with cows or crops is a financial punch to the food processing conglomerates. I know the banks and food companies are feeling it but they won't say!!! No black person can remain the same after watching an episode of your vlog. I've lived in britain for 20 years and nyalo I am looking to return nome kanjani because of your vlog. You guys are THE REAL DEAL IMPELA!!!!! Keep up this amazing work. PHAMBILI!!!!

If Zimbabwe is anything to learn from it's that we all need to prioritize being able to feed our families first and then the immediate community and expand from there. The other aspect of rural farming is that there is a conscious move toward free range and green farming practices and rural farming has a big part to play in that movement. Homegrown meat, veges and fruit and herbs. What a delight and privilege. I agree Veli, the cities have become dirty and intolerable. Fresh air is intoxicating and a positive "drug" to a better life. Love your home and the farm ... thank you for inviting us into your space. 💕

As a Kenyan, South africa offers luxury for the cheap...out of most of the countries Africa. Quality Property is cheap,Cars are cheaper;though slightly,Quality education is more affordable,The infrastructure is out of this world for a country in Africa.Cape town is heavenly, Stellenbosch & Franschhoek are beautiful, Umhlanga and Ballito too. Knysna is a nice escape from the crowded cities and so on. Crime may be a big issue but the residual effect of all the other good things overrides this. Always considered migrating to south africa, get a farm in Stellenbosch buy a holiday home in Knysna by the sea,a house in a Serengeti or Blair Atholl type estate, a big dairy farm in Eastern Cape while running my property development enterprise in some of the bigger cities....but the contentious land issues always concern me as a foreigner.

If you know where they came from, the beginning is to go to the village and talk to the chief and state your case. That’s what I did.. I showcase rural developments and encourage and motivate on this channel but I am not the person to look for a village for you and advice on processes. There are tribal authority offices in most municipalities in rural areas. Consult with them and get to know who is the chief of your village and how to get hold of him:her. All the best. 🙏🏾❤️

@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV Thank you so much for your response at such notice. The problem is there is no chief, only these white folks ruling there. Thank so much though 🙏

Thank you for the information. What about lands that are owned by whites?

So, in other words, you’re saying if you’re not from South Africa from one of the tribes, then you can’t buy land down there
