Life is possible in Rural South Africa, if we can just bring in the road, sewage, electricity and WiFi infrastructure , our villages with those big stands can be developed

If you are South African, yes you can. You need to identify the village, talk to the chief of the village and state your case. There is an assessment process before they can accept you in a village.
