- Join me as I explore and showcase more Village lifestyle in South Africa. This time we showcasing two extremely developed rural villages in KZN, South Africa.
Thank you very much for covering and actually exposing our little village Umbumbulu, which many many not be aware. Certainly development (especially property) in rural South part of Durban is growing rapidly, what many may not be aware, we actually build those houses and not depend on Government. A house that it value in an urban area will be min of R4M can easily be built for at least between R1300K to R1M (or even less). Lastly, we take years to get the houses event built, as one build in their own pace and affordability. Once again thank you @Velile for covering my home area.
Thank you so much for this information. Definitely appreciate your contribution. I have pinned your comment and hopefully everyone who click on this video will see and read because it’s so much informative and a testimony on what I have been telling people. Stay blessed. 🙏🏾❤️
The introduction sometimes take abit long , if possible try to make it short , as the viewers , we more interested on seeing the pictures ... Not offending but being truthful... I love your show , very good show ..
Or she must talk over the pics and vids
My observation too.
I agree
First time I am exposed to her videos but I have to agree with you.I had to skip the introduction
I was looking at owning a property in joburg but after watching your videos, ngiyabuya ekhaya, KZN is my home and I'll build something just as great... Screw Johannesburg.. I love your content❤️
Indeed go peri-urban
Nami ngabuya from eAmerica. Ndakha e Eastern Cape
My sentiments as well👌❤
Most villages in KZN are starting to have houses way better than those in townships and the development is rapid.
That’s true. 🙏🏾❤️
@Unathi Ngunuza on the video press share and send the link to your contacts on WhatsApp. Thank you for your support. 🙏🏾❤️
@Unathi Ngunuza I guess if you are using your phone, you can copy the link instead of share and than paste it on a comment you typing on another channel. Yes, I also get annoyed when even some black Americans RUclipsrs living in other African countries talk about black South Africans as poor and living in slums. Most of them go to Cape Town on guided tours and are shown the bad side not the good side. Thank you for your support. 🙏🏾❤️
Ancestors lands is critical no just for south Africans but also for others africans with ancestral connection to Africa land . For this reason I subscribed today to show you my support ❤️ from Congo Brazzaville . If we don't cherish our ancestral lands nobody will do it for us. God bless Africa.
Lol unfortunately ancestral land is strictly reserved for South Africans
Strictly South Africans my guy. In fact is even harder when you South African but from different area
I grew up in a so called semi-rural area and never understood the township lifestyle. To me it seemed extremely limited, with a highly compromised quality of life. Where I grew up we lived in an abundance of everything and also had everything they had in so called townships and were also close to the City of Durban. It all made sense when I grew up and began to understand how townships came about, really as concentration camps, places that were built by the oppressors to access their cheap labour cower to their operations. Today, there’s absolutely no need for some some to leave Mbumbulu to Lamontville because of mobility and infrastructure and opportunities they have spread wider
We travel from Umbumbulu to Umhlanga daily
You should visit the Eastern Cape take the N route from KZN all the way to East London. Pay attention when you pass Mtata and Butterworth. I promise you, you wont be disappointed
It's amazing I've seen them while passing by bus from Cape Town
Nam ndakha pha Kanye, eDutywa. But away from highways
I drove to Mbumbulu in October 2020, I was amazed to see such houses
Thanks is how most of our villages in South Africa are like. I'm in Mpumalanga kwaNdebele and the area is developing rapidly.
Yes that’s true people are really building beautiful homes in most villages. It’s amazing. I will come and check Kwandebele. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
Finally, somebody have showed up these places. My Lecture never believe that Adams Mission is actually a rural areas.
It has come to a point where I don't see the need to stay in Urban areas.
It is beautiful and impressive to see black people doing the great job improving their lives and those of their families. 🙏🏾❤️
Asakhona amadite khona edams?
Thank you for the video I am Umbumbulu resident, I really wish you had invited me so we can explore more and show you more that just the houses on the roads. The people of Umbumbulu and Adams have really worked hard.
Hi Nokwazi, thank you for your comment. My videos are about rural development and the reason why I stay on the main road is because I want to show business developments too as well as how people who are building next to the roads are utilising tribal land. Yes houses are beautiful and people have worked hard to make their homes well. It is very encouraging. We want people to occupy tribal land, develop it, create jobs and create sustainable income for themselves and others. So basically I am not just showing beautiful houses.
There's another village you need to check outside of PMB before pine town called lion park
I literally took a detour last year from Port Shepston to Pmb and was amazed and inspired when I drove passed Mbumbulu. These places are such hidden germs
We are not people who like to travel much especially to places we are not familiar with, guess we are really missing out. Thankx to @Velile Lifestyle & Decor TV we get to tour through her❤
Black excellency 🙌🙌🙌💪😍💕💞👏👏
You must come and see Bushbuckridge I think is number 1 to all the develop village you can just drive with R40 from Bushbuckridge twin city mall until Arconhoek
I agree with you 🙂
Wow this video is great, most people think that in rural areas our houses are built from mud
Thank you for making this video.
Look at her hair , so beautiful.
Awesome video!🤗
Thank you for sharing and bringing a light to South African villages.💕🌍💕
Hi, Asha we miss you in SA hope America is treating you well peace n love💖
Thank you for watching. Peace and love 🙏🏾❤️
@@cboh9530 I miss you too!...I'll be returning now now!💕😄💕
@@ashameanslife5963 you are a South African if you can now now. Awesome Ma.❤️❤️❤️
Rural areas will nomore associated with lack of development and poverty. In future, this concept of living in rural areas will help with reducing over crowding in big cities.
Thing is as young professionals we do not re-invest back into rural areas.
I've been driving past these areas over years and the development here has been beautifully obvious. It's so necessary and impressive.
Actually this is where I grew up, I know all of these areas that u've showed us❤️🔥🔥💯
🙏🏾❤️
I’m so happy you’ve decided to cover these beautiful places.
Interesting. .abt effect of title deeds..I amazed by how much developed rural South Africa is developing...Im learning a lot..thank you
Thank you for watching. Peace and love. 🙏🏾❤️
@Unathi Ngunuza my dad was from PE but I never lived there but mostly in USA..and in Southern Africa mostly in Zim and Zambia..Im been living in UK..the past 25yrs..
@Unathi Ngunuza had to adopt another name to survive..thanks...
@Unathi Ngunuza it all on my video. I am from Msinga, KZN.
KZN has the most beautiful roads in the country
That time you've never been to other provinces but you be making such bold statements.
@@tshepomoshoeshoe7727 lol you clearly know a lot about me please tell me more
@@Mkhuleko990I dont have to know shit, just say kzn has beautiful roads, when you say the most you are reaching boet
@@tshepomoshoeshoe7727 I wouldn't even bother commenting if I were you but saying "i don't have to know shit" that would never be me
SANRAL is building beautiful roads around the country but since KZN is very mountainous they seem to consider safety very well
Make our country proud 🤗🙏
indeed!
Much respect for you, sisi. Thanks for these! It's exciting.
I just saw my aunts house 😊 it’s so beautiful, Adams is so peaceful and beautiful.
Aaaaah Amanda, your Aunt stays in a beautiful village. Definitely peaceful and hope it remains that way. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
She does, it’s so beautiful and peaceful. The houses are stunning the only thing though it’s extremely wet, it has many streams at random areas.

Finally , someone with a content relevant
Sis you are sooooo beautiful; the hair, complexion and that soothing voice.
Please keep taking us along with you on these journeys. Its amazing how little coverage rural SA gets.
Ngiyabonga for the complement. I will definitely take you along. There is little coverage and worse less information that build us for the better. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾❤️

Hi as a young south african ...this is inspiring...beautiful Mansion houses wow
I am glad you are inspired. Let’s seize opportunities while we still can. 🙏🏾❤️

@Unathi Ngunuza brother in Fiji Island South Pacific
I'm blessed by your content sis ❤️
Great info thanks sisi.
We should move from Informal Settlement though for these formal houses.
It would be much more pleasing if homes are arranged neatly and formally coz they are so beautiful.
Thank you my beautiful sister
Woow. This place is booming.
Yep! South African rural areas 🇿🇦❤️
I love your patriotism & how you understand the western capitalist neocolonial system. Please don't be apologetic about it, I've subscribed because of your patriotism. Well done. I wish you good luck on your channel.
Eish my brother we come a long way living life according to others norms. Daily we see numbers of young black South Africans homeless and Jobless yet we have land not utilised. The sector that remained strong for SA during the pandemic is the Agricultural sector. Something has to give and we have to use our brains. South Africa has a lot to offer than what is given to us. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
Wow amazing video
Thank you. 🙏🏾❤️
Very informational thank you and well done!!!
I'm inspired Sisi
I'm truly inspired! 👍🏽
Impressive content, love it!❤👌
Good stuff. Visit Inanda area as well. I used to teach at Mqhawe High over 30 years ago. When I visited the Umzinyathi area next yo Mqhawe high about 4 years ago, I was amazed at the mansions that people have built there.
Adams!! My home!! ❤️❤️🏡
Wow sis, I've just learnt a new thing today about the Title deed... I'm so excited to do some more research on that❤️, thank you so much
You are welcome. All the best. 🙏🏾❤️
I feel like people should rather have title deads and own the land instead of leasing and making 1 person rich. in todays world you can own your own land and leave something behind for your children
No one is leasing, people buy this land from the chief at considerably low prices and build. Title deeds are a capitalist system that keeps people from buying land because of high prices
can you share with us on how the receipt from the Chief looks like!!?🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Yey iyagqilaza Adams maaayeeeee!
I'm certainly going to build there
Thank you so much for the content! I saw my granny's house and it brought back memories
Aaah lovely. A good memory indeed. 🙏🏾❤️
Thank you for this free education. Thank you sista
Lovely, I am glad the channel is educating. It’s about time young South Africans get information to help them build their future. Peace and love. 🙏🏾❤️
Wow 🔥🔥🔥🔥 village houses
🙏🏾❤️
Wow your very educated thanks for advice God bless you Queen
So excited, I came across this video. Literally saw my house at Adams mission
Jojojo my Goodness just staying abroad things are happening back home unbelievable what i just see
Hi Rosemary, you will build yours soon just like that
What annoy me the most is that u see people NOT FROM KZN complaining about Our INGONYAMA TRUST that has nothing to do with them ..but if we in KZN can interfere in the land of their provinces affairs , then we will be accused of all different thing like spending supremacy and sh*t
🙏🏾❤️
@Unathi Ngunuza He is referring to Malema comments.EFF want the Zulu King land to be state owned.
We do need to keep big plots otherwise we will have townships which we are trying to avoid. We want Franchhoek/stellenbosch/Texas style living with huge plots! Checkout my house building in Eastern Cape.
That’s very true. Where are you in Eastern Cape because I will like to explore villages there before end of the year.
@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV I'm in Idutywa but I just got back to the USA last week (shssh, my followers do not know). But Idutywa area. We are starting out, so we don't have a huge a mansions as KZN but we are on our way.

Tjo tjo tjo. These house are INSANE
Very much and people are really serious about development in rural areas.
Yiza Ngqeleni apha Eastern Cape zikhona 💓
Hey Velile. It seems Umbumbulu & Adams attracted home owners much earlier than the other villages.
Adams is still Umbumbulu, Umbumbulu is huge but great Video❤️
Doesn't matter. We separate them
I have accompanied a friend who bought land and built a residential house here (Adams). What i observed was estate agencies are getting into business and the land is getting more expensive. This is the capitalist system you are talking about. As a bank financial planner, i have advised many of my clients to invest in such developments than putting their monies in 6% pa interest bearing bank investments.
It will be sad if we open ourselves into the trap. I am just hoping the estate agents are Africans serving the interest of black People. We need people like you to advise and hopefully people are listening. I am reading a lot on this subject matter and will keep sharing. Let’s wake up Africans. Thanks for watching. 🙏🏾❤️
Thank you so much for this video !! I am interested in buying land eMbumbulu or Adams , can you please advise me where to start and possibly how much am I looking at?
@@sibusisiwesithole9099 I will ask around and if anyone gives me information I will let you know. If you read comments someone who works with estate agents in that area left a comment maybe that person can help you. Also, try and call the municipality and find out information.
@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV great 👍 thank u .
@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV unfortunately not African estate agents in most cases. if you search on property sites on the internet, you'll see that. That is why i got excited when i saw your channel and hope we will get more educated on such matters.
Amazing. Please attempt to visit a rural place called Engonyamemi. This village is close to Umlazi township.
