This video will show you how to properly configure what devices are connected to which controller or motherboard header. Once you've done this you'll be able to take control of your RGB fans, strips, pumps, and whatever else is connected inside your PC. This is a necessary step because SignalRGB has no way of knowing what you've connected to your controllers or motherboard headers.

This is so cool. I was never into RGB but when I saw this.. it made me want to buy RGB now, since you can just manually edit those lights that comes out, it will be aesthetically pleasing to the eyes.. not just random RGB lights but selecting the colors is soo amazing!
Honestly this tutorial is wonderful but I have trouble with my components lightings as some of them are RGB and ARGB Fans so it's a bit confusing

I plug my 3 daisy chained CM halo 120 fans to a motherboard header and they are still treated as one fan. The fans do not require any special adapter btw
Did you daisy chain those LianLi after the one connected to the board? Cause I have 2 LianLi. From board to a fan, and second fan connected to that first fan. Signal doesn't see them separate. Even if I add 2. Whatever I set on the first the second replicate.

is it possible to connect some random led strip that uses usb for power but has a remote, and create a custom strip on signal rgb without having a rgb controller? if I do need a controller, how would I do that, and would I need rgb or ARGB controller? Please help

SignalRGB website says you cant control your devices separately with a splitter cable but what about one of those Chinese brand hub using a 3 pin argb cable instead of usb to connect to the motherboard?

I've been able to pair up my mouse, razor keyboard, RAM, Graphics card etc but I'm having trouble pairing my Phanteks 120sk to my motherboard and pairing my Deepcool storm castle 360 CPU cooler. Can anyone give me some advice??? My motherboard is the Gigabyte Z590 AORUS ELITE and I use the Phanteks Eclipse P400A case.
I have apevia fans an they're not on the list in devices for custom strips, what do I do? All of my fans argbs were working, but now only the front does. This only started when I got rid of all my other argb software other than openrgb.
Just fyi: My front fans argbs work but my top 2 aio fans argbs, the pump argbs and back case fans argbs don't. I have the front case fans on 1 argb header, the pump on another, and the top 2 aio and the back case fan on another argb header. The problem is that signal is only detecting one argb header and not the other 2, BUT it was detecting them before I uninstalled polychrome, chroma, razer, ect.
I could probably fix this by connecting them all to my splitter in the back and then to the argb header but I keep them on separate ones for custom designs in open rgb. Is there anyway I can get signal to detect all of them or do I have to do that? Cause I really really like all the extra options in signal an will probably use that overall, but yea I love openrgb for my own custom designs by changing the individual leds themselves.
I have an Omen 30L and it only recognizes the RAM and no other components in my case. Would pay for the pro at this point if I could get this to work. Since its not recognizing the components I cant manually configure them either smh.

Im having a hard time syncing my Deepcool FC120 Fans to my ASrock B550M Pro4. I'm not using any controller besides the motherboard 5v ARGB Header, and it isn't syncing although it is compatible. Appreciate the help.

Ive synced my gpu, cpu cooler and ram but my case fans aren't being recognized by the software and not flashing red. The 3 pin from the controller is plugged into the rgb header. Is there a fix for this?

The first time I installl SignalRgb it detects all my devices and my fans on the front where flashing blue and they where working. And I don’t know why since, they just stop doing light. ANd when I uninstall SingalRGB et re-install, they’re where not flashing blue anymore.

Do you NEED a fan hub to control the seperate fans in the devices tab? Because I currently have 3 Fractal Aspects daisy chained directly onto the MoBo header and Signal RBG sees it as one fan.
Did you verify that once you set them as three separate fans in components that you also went into layouts and moved them around?

Can I use SignalRGB if I have a Z690 motherboard? As Z690’s aren’t listed in your devices, can I still use SignalRGB for my fans and RAM etc. with a 12th gen MoBo? 🤔🤷
I also have a Z690 and for me it does show up in Signal RGB, but only if I have updated MSI Center to the latest version.
I’ve got a Z690 board as well Corsair Vengeance RGB RS, neither are in the supported devices but they both work.

It doesn’t work with whatever controller that comes on the MSI mpg velox case. I’m not gonna lie my guy, unless you’re a super Uber pro at building computers, it’s gonna be almost impossible to get all your RGB working with a single program.

1 thing that is needed real fast is the option where it says remove I clicked it so many times by mistake and it deleted all my profile settings.
Do you work with them or what because we need the option where if we click remove it will give the option and say yes or no.
Consider this: you have 20 effects you want to remove, now you have to deal with a yes or no dialog each time.
@@SignalRGB It's better then deleting the effects you already made I have 60 effects profiles and some of them have 3 custom profiles saved each that's a lot to have to make again I deleted maybe 7 or 8 that I no of.
It just saves time it takes a long time to get the effect perfect and deleting a hour or longer of work does suck.
I'm just saying it's more safer so we no nothing can be deleted by mistake.

Hi, i got a msi chassis with an integrated argb controller which i pluged into my argb port on the mobo so when i open devices i don't see this controller but only the 2 argb ports of the mobo. My controller is plugged in the 2nd argb port and when i add all the devices that are plugged in and then i go to layout, it doesn't matter how i place them bc they seem to be all linked to the waterblock on the layout which is the first device i configured on this channel. Does it means that i can't control them separatly or did i do a mistake while configurating ? My chassis is the Msi mag forge 100m
it means that the msi controller is just mirroring everything and thats a limitation of the controller. Most likely its not a controller but its actually just a hub.
is there a way to separate motherboard lights and the fans which are connected to the motherboard?. my aorus lights are dim and its connected to the fans when i adjust it.

Thats the limitation of their firmware when the rgb is controlled directly through usb.

I dont use signal rgb bcas i have lian li AL120 unifans,and i cant find thoes type of fans in signal rgb. They have SL120 but not AL 120.
You can just select a fan with same amount of leds

i have the be quiet light wings 120mm pwm and when i connected that to the channel it controls everything and not 1 fan
The be quiet one is a hub not a controller so it just mirrors the same thing across all fans

Hi I have an ausen fan argb controller, I also have 10 fans that 3 of them have configured in SignalRGB which are lian li aio fans
But the other fans are coolmoon wich are connected into my ausen argb controller which is not supported in SignalRGB but the problem is that SignalRGB does not recognize my ausen argb controller so I could be able to confirm my fans

Best RGB program that exists, there is only one detail that bothers a little, the fact that I cannot change the language, I live in Brazil with Portuguese as a native language, it would be great to be able to change the language, this program would be a success around here. I have all my fans hooked up to rgb controller and it will not connect to them. I know it’s possible bc it’s the only thing mystic lights lets me control. All my parts are msi except the ram. And zero programs allow me to control it all together. I just don’t understand at all. None of this makes any sense they’re plugged in. Just tell me how to make it so I can control all my rgb at once. It’s all argb, it all says it’s compatible with MSI’s Mystic light literally on the box. Is it the controller? The controller is plugged into jrainbow1, do I have to plug it into jrgb1? Like I really don’t get it. It’s all connected. For about half a second I was able to switch all the fans at the same time, but now I can’t no matter what I do and I haven’t changed any of the hardware whatsoever. It’s literally just one second they all did what I wanted them to and the ram did not, and the next second none of them would do anything.
And now, after fucking around with the program for a little while, I have found that it recognizes the msi mystical light controller, and all it’s connections, in the layout tab but not the devices tab. Like the fuck. How am I supposed to know how many LEDs are connected to that? Also, none of the fans connected to the controller flash any sort of color in configuration. They don’t show up as connecting in the devices tab at all.

A very cool program, everything is sync now, only the program doesnt have support for Gigabyte 4070TI serie. I would love to see that added :)
This has made my PC a complete mess. I guess I'm going to reinstall. I really wanted this to work. Everyone says how great it is but I just don't see it yet.

You can add the number of fans onto the channel, keep pressing the + button and add them, the controller only has one channel with 6 fans connected onto it. Thats how that works.

@@RileyTheBetter1 Did you follow the steps exactly as they appear in our tutorials? You need to configure what is connected to the controller and then adjust your devices in the layouts tab after that.

Other stuff could be unsupported or not connected correctly or using an unsupported controller or could also be using a basic uncontrollable hub

It makes no sense at all. My motherboard pops up, which doesn’t even have rgb. And then it says that I have nothing connected to jrainbow1 and jrainbow2 when those are literally the only two ports that rgb connected to them.
While using a rgb splitter all the fans are detected as one fan no matter what I try
Thats exactly what I said in this video. You can’t have individual control if you use a splitter.
The video explains everything really well, but none of my components have a configure button, only the lightbulb and cog. HELP
RGB Controllers and Motherboards will have a configure button, but devices like keyboards, mice, etc don't need one. Are you sure you aren't mixing that up?
