I like signalRGB, but why do you only support NVidia GPU's and no AMD ? I have the Asus TUF Gaming OC RX 6900XT and from the outside the TUF gaming look all alike regarding the RGB lighting. Is it a licensing issue with AMD perhaps for using the API ?
AMD gpus have proven to be significantly more difficult to support because AMD made it that way. We are continuing to investigate but for now this is the situation.
Does Signal not allow SL120 V2 controller connectivity yet? They aren't appearing at all in the menu which kind of stinks when they're such popular fans.
I only use 5 RGB pieces in my pc. DRam (Kingston Fury) MSI X670 Carbon (Dragon is rgb) AIO=be quiet Silent loop 2 (argb) STRIMER plus v2 (argb) Case RGB be quiet dark base Pro 901 (argb) If i daisy chain my AiO Pumps RGB, my Case RGB and put my strimers on an extra argb header, will they all be detected? Or do i have to use a controller?
I really wish you have a full version that does not require subscription. I just want a one time purchase for a license and I hope you consider offering this option in the future. Not everyone needs the game lighting profiles/updates or some fancy effects, and just wants a software to sync everything with a decent amount of control.
btw , I installed Signal rgb a few days ago and here is already a screen mirroring effect for free without subscription but i believe it doesn't really work well compared to icue Murals, maybe you found out the same on your side ? @@zero-wo9lh
Did you plug in the lian li fan controllers into the argb header on the motherboard ? I was thinking of bypassing the lian li controller by buying 10 single pack fans (3 top, 3 bottom, 3 side, 1 rear) - single fans come with standard argb and fan connectors. So can I just plug the 4 argb connectors from 3 sets of daisy chained fans + one single rear fan to signal chroma controller ? (Would be using total of 4 ports on the chroma controller) Will this work ? If yes, how can I configure everything off of the chroma controller in signal rgb ? Thanks again!!
It wont work using the argb header or i would have done that. Only the fans on channel 1 would be individually addressed, then all the other channels will copy channel 1. This is directly with internal USB. What you could do is buy adapter cables so that you can connect the fans directly into an rgb header without the lian li fan controllers.

I have a zotac 4070 ti amp extreme airo and it isn’t supported on Signalrgb. Will the video you have on how add a product that isn’t supported yet work for it? It has 5 argb lighting zones so i wasn’t sure. It also does not connect to a 3 pin header. I know it’s probably difficult having to connect a lot of devices, so if there is a way I could do it on my own i will be happy to do so.
At 15:23 in, it made realize WHY my RGB's were laggy. I had 9 fans on 1 cooler master controller. I should have used all 3 controllers instead for the sweet spot. This vid helped a lot and will definitely try 3 fans per controller when I get home and see if it works. Thanks Signal RGB team ❤
How did you daisy chain all of the argb hubs to motherboard? Im building a full rgb rig and Im running into a problem where I have too many hubs but not enough 5v 3pin on motherboard. I have 3 uphere fans which requires it’s own hub, lian li strimers which also requires its own hub, a 10ports argb hub, and another argb/pwm hub. Is it ok to daisy chain the lian li and uphere hub to the 10ports hub and then to motherboard?
I have always had the opposite experience, their software is bad and the motherboards has never given me issues. The problem is that when it does give you issues, good luck with an RMA!

Hey for some reason when I drag around the SignalRGB window, it seems a bit laggy. Is that normal? I have a pretty high end rig. Using SignalRGB feels normal though, just lags when I drag around the window for whatever reason.
Ive been having difficulties setting up my Lian Li strimmer cables, Im using the L connect controller provided for just the cables, when in motherboard passthrough mode, the top LEDs of the GPU cable turn off. If I don't have them on motherboard passthrough mode, they are super laggy. Did I connect them to the wrong header? Does the software support the 12vhpwr v.2 gpu cables?

i use signal rgb, all its ok except Govee integration. not working , after all thoes months govee its still in beta mode? you integrated yeelight thats ok, but you dont give a shit about govee, its brokke, fix it, i am a pro user but i wont pay a daim till this problem not solved, i heasrd corsair icue will integrate govee in thei soft, then bye bye signal. i wait month after month to fix govee but you dont care, so byeeeeee, after this month my pro sub will ended.

Nanoleaf works all the time no problemo but when it comes to govee module its searching an eternity without finding enithyng. Dont give me a tutorial, bcas i did that. NZXT Function Full Size. Signal RGB don't even see my keyboard. it is not working. i was using K60 and it was working. Your support list says it is supported and i paid 120$ for this keyborad. Keyboard is awesome but signalrgb don't see it. And i am feeling dissapointed and cheated.

Now program see it, but it see as area illumination not as per key illumination. I hope you can makes a update. And at least just say so at the website like " not supported per key for the moment." Etc. Bcs i was using a 40$ keyboard and it support per key illumination with Signal rgb. İt is almost looks like a second screen. And i naturally think "if both supported it must be same. " BCS with nzxt cam keyboard support per key lights . Apparently this is not a hardware problem.
@@MiAeronI don't suggest using any other version of SignalRGB from any website other than the official website signalrgb.com As for your per-key issue, that keyboard appears to have issues with advanced RGB effects on a per-key basis, that's why if you watch any reviews of the keyboard you will see they never show off anything other than basic waves and ripple effects. So it's been limited to zones in SignalRGB to prevent lag, it is actually a hardware limitation. Take a look at NZXT cam and you'll notice it doesn't have any advanced effects for that reason. (Advanced meaning the types of incredible effects available in SignalRGB).
really disappointing that only strix cards have individual led control do you know if this will be fixed in the future or if its just not fixable? I have a 3080 FTW3 ultra and it really ruins the spiral rgb i use as its just one massive single colour
Thats a limitation with the gpus. Some just cant be controlled directly better than that. The only reason native applications can do it is because they baked the few effects they have into the firmware so they dont actually control the gpu rgb directly like SignalRGB does. Thats also why there is only a few effects in native apps.
got to be the worst software i have downloaded. simply impossible for my devices to sync closing down or uninstalling the software makes it impossible for you to reconfigure in standalone rgb apps. Now my fans are running at constant highest rpm making my case vibrate. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
The controller and fans will be detected in signalrgb through the usb but you will need to hook up the 4pin pwm cable so you can control fan speed through the motherboard. If you're using L-Connect, you dont need either as fan speed and argb(obviously) can be controlled through the L-Connect app.
@@iarkosios7175 no problem. Also worth mentioning, not sure if you would still need the pwm hooked up if using the pro version of signalrgb since that has fan control as well, I'm just not sure how capable the pro version is.
@@NALOW84 I ended up plugging the pwm into my mobo and enabled passthrough to solve the low frame rate issue. Now the only issue is the rgb resets after waking up the pc from sleep.
@@SignalRGB at this point in time, are you guys able to tell if support for V2 controller will be better than V1 controller? I know there are issues with V1 controller (ie. slow/lower rate, etc). Also do you know if Lian Li daisychained fans are able to be individually addressed if connected to something like the razer chroma controller/zalman zsync?
@@c4ptainmerc yea you can individually address them if they are connected to other argb controllers while daisy chained. Keep in mind what the led limits are per channel on those controllers. Its in my guide.

I have just maybe stupid question : All the branded software implement a feature for firmware check and eventualy update for connected and recognized devices; there some possibility to update the firmware "manually" ? It is really necessary to do this periodical check/update ? I use mainly Razer Synapse. Thank you
Firmware updates are not that important. If you really want to you can always re-downloaded RGB software occasionally after a few months and update firmware, then uninstall them again.
That’s not true. We support plenty of cheap products. Red dragon keyboards are some the cheapest you can buy. What we don’t support is REALLY cheap (poorly made) products that are simply impossible to support.
@@SignalRGB I have Darkflash case fans and AIO. It doesn't work with mine. It also argb cables in them. Dont know why it would not cause even the manufacturer software supports it like aura sync and rgb fusion

Is there a way to get signal rgb to kill certain armoury crate processes without having to do it with every PC start.. I was able to stop the lighting process.. but there's one other thing that starts.

you only need pro for game or audio sync, the device sync itself works with everything and effects for free

If you buy single packs it comes with cables to connect to pwm and argb, so you would configure the fans on the controller you connected them too.

I cannot sync my Aorus RTX 3060 Elite 12 GB with Signal RGB, as it isn’t added in the device list. I’ve requested multiple times through the email

Signal RGB don't even see my keyboard. it is not working. i was using K60 and it was working. Your support list says it is supported and i paid 120$ for this keyborad. Keyboard is awesome but signalrgb don't see it. And i am feeling dissapointed and cheated.
It sounds like we do support the keyboard but that you have a different PID or layout etc that needs to be supported. You can jump on Discord and see if someone can quickly modify a plugin for you (if its possible): discord.gg/signalrgb
@@SignalRGB i uninstall the SignalRGB and reinstall it. it appears program don't update itself. And i can't download SignalRGB from official website so i used another website.
Now program see it, but it see as area illumination not as per key illumination. I hope you can makes a update. And at least just say so at the website like " not supported per key for the moment." Etc. Bcs i was using a 40$ keyboard and it support per key illumination with Signal rgb. İt is almost looks like a second screen. And i naturally think "if both supported it must be same. " BCS with nzxt cam keyboard support per key lights . Apparently this is not a hardware problem.
@@MiAeronI don't suggest using any other version of SignalRGB from any website other than the official website signalrgb.com As for your per-key issue, that keyboard appears to have issues with advanced RGB effects on a per-key basis, that's why if you watch any reviews of the keyboard you will see they never show off anything other than basic waves and ripple effects. So it's been limited to zones in SignalRGB to prevent lag, it is actually a hardware limitation. Take a look at NZXT cam and you'll notice it doesn't have any advanced effects for that reason. (Advanced meaning the types of incredible effects available in SignalRGB).

really disappointing that only strix cards have individual led control do you know if this will be fixed in the future or if its just not fixable? I have a 3080 FTW3 ultra and it really ruins the spiral rgb i use as its just one massive single colour
Thats a limitation with the gpus. Some just cant be controlled directly better than that. The only reason native applications can do it is because they baked the few effects they have into the firmware so they dont actually control the gpu rgb directly like SignalRGB does. Thats also why there is only a few effects in native apps.

My Lian Li Inf fans will not sync with this app. When I installed it, my ram led were the only beneficial ones.

got to be the worst software i have downloaded. simply impossible for my devices to sync closing down or uninstalling the software makes it impossible for you to reconfigure in standalone rgb apps. Now my fans are running at constant highest rpm making my case vibrate. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Do you support any RGB light strips for outside of the PC? Like Govee or similar? To wrap around the desk or room?

are you plugging the 3 pin argb + 4 pin pwm cable for each of your lian-li controllers or are you simply plugging the sata and usb cable?
The controller and fans will be detected in signalrgb through the usb but you will need to hook up the 4pin pwm cable so you can control fan speed through the motherboard. If you're using L-Connect, you dont need either as fan speed and argb(obviously) can be controlled through the L-Connect app.

@@iarkosios7175 no problem. Also worth mentioning, not sure if you would still need the pwm hooked up if using the pro version of signalrgb since that has fan control as well, I'm just not sure how capable the pro version is.
@@NALOW84 I ended up plugging the pwm into my mobo and enabled passthrough to solve the low frame rate issue. Now the only issue is the rgb resets after waking up the pc from sleep.

@@SignalRGB at this point in time, are you guys able to tell if support for V2 controller will be better than V1 controller? I know there are issues with V1 controller (ie. slow/lower rate, etc). Also do you know if Lian Li daisychained fans are able to be individually addressed if connected to something like the razer chroma controller/zalman zsync?
@@c4ptainmerc yea you can individually address them if they are connected to other argb controllers while daisy chained. Keep in mind what the led limits are per channel on those controllers. Its in my guide.

Very good explanation easy step by step to follow also for beginners like me. I have just maybe stupid question : All the branded software implement a feature for firmware check and eventualy update for connected and recognized devices; there some possibility to update the firmware "manually" ? It is really necessary to do this periodical check/update ? I use mainly Razer Synapse. Thank you
Firmware updates are not that important. If you really want to you can always re-downloaded RGB software occasionally after a few months and update firmware, then uninstall them again.

That’s not true. We support plenty of cheap products. Red dragon keyboards are some the cheapest you can buy. What we don’t support is REALLY cheap (poorly made) products that are simply impossible to support.
@@SignalRGB I have Darkflash case fans and AIO. It doesn't work with mine. It also argb cables in them. Dont know why it would not cause even the manufacturer software supports it like aura sync and rgb fusion

Is there a way to get signal rgb to kill certain armoury crate processes without having to do it with every PC start.. I was able to stop the lighting process.. but there's one other thing that starts.

@@SignalRGB That's not how the world works. Nobody is going to buy parts to support your software. It's the other way round. I installed the software and it is pretty good. You should link your setup videos in the software. Question I have are thinks like: How to wire your channels, how to add components, how to arrange your components, what to do with Armoury Crate. I am sure I am going to figure it out, but it takes time.
