Thanks, i'll print some out. Also try PTEG, its a lot harder, so might get away with more.

infill doesnt make a huge difference with strength like this, unless its 100%. number of outer walls is what adds strength, looks like you left it at the default of 3 on the 10% and 50% one Which is why both were damaged easily, try tests where you increase the number of outer walls and see what happens.

Local libraries should also provide 3D printing services for a reasonable cost.

I didn't know that was a thing, is it common?

@Princearmory It is in Texas. Some even have chocolate 3D printers. Also, my university's library has several, as well as CNC machines. They're only missing a 3D scanner.

Alternately, I took half a coconut shell from my monty python and the holy grail wall display and it worked wonderfully. ✌🏻

I haven't tried making stamps with it but I'll be doing a number of experiments over the coming months with 3D printers, and I have a lot of leather tool ideas in mind too.

If you want fine detail, you're better off with an SLA (resin) printer like an elegoo mars. However, resin prints tend to be very brittle and don't hold up to impacts. So any tools will need to be pressed rather than struck.
