@@anastasijajokic5021 I normally do 100 burpees a day and cardios that shirlyn has posted and before all of that you of course have to do warm ups to provent injuries (I'm sorry if I wrote something wrong English isn't exactly my 1st language)
I will do these exercises daily and give you the results(For a week) (I'm not on a diet!) Age: 13 weight: 46.9 First day: I did it and it was very easy Day 2: It's easy, but I feel a little burned, I love it Day 3: I got my period and it's very painful but I did it, it feels a little warm, it's good, I did this exercise twice! Day4: I was tired and my stomach hurt so I didn't do it Day5: Guys, I'm sorry I completely forgot about it and I was following along, but I won't give up and I'll do it again! Day1: donee! Day2: I don't know if I will actually lose weight, because I don't follow any diet , and I eat sweets in appropriate quantities, but this workout brings comfort to my body. Done! Day3: I did it, I feel hot inside my body, and I just sweated a little, I should definitely keep going, done! Day4: I did the exercise at 11 pm because I was busy studying today. I feel really hot while doing this exercise and I didn't sweat much, but I feel hot in my body. I did the exercise anyway, done! Remind me to update!

I love this❤ I do this as a warm up-workout Don't do this for a week expecting to lose your weight. 📌You do this to wake up your body and feel energetic through out the day😊 This workout can do everyone (talking about age, kids, teenagers, adults with no injuries) It's not super hard, it's more fun I'd say Do this for yourself, for your body Sport helps you to feel less stressful Stop reading comments about how did it worked, just do it and have some fun🎉 If you want to lose weight then you have to eat in calorie deficit and MOVE through out the whole day, like walking at least 10 000 steps(1h:30m - 2h) Thank you, Shirlyn for your workouts❣️👏

Im going to do this everyday until school starts (2nd semester)! Please remind to do this 😅 Dob: december 20 2012 age 11 (and 12) weight 159 pounds height 5’5 Diet: yes (cheat days on birthdays or christmas) Day 1 (December 6, 2024) - Did it twice hoping to see results 😀ofc i know it takes time Day 2 (December 7, 2024) - i rlly want to move to a different workout cuz i love different workouts each day but ill stick to this anyways did this twice. Lost 0.6lbs from yesterday haha Day 3 (December 8, 2024) - almost forgot to do it! Did it twice didn’t lose anything from before Day 4 (Deceember 9, 2024) - did it twice but dinner was a lot of calories so I have to do more exhausting workouts 😅 also gained 1 lb, didn’t lose from previous workout Day 5 (December 10, 2024) - did it twice, lost 1 pound, feel a bit tinier waist. Looking forward to results. I’m also 11 and trying to lose weight, I’m 5’2”-5’3” and I used to weigh 130lbs and now I weigh 125lbs , just have a healthy breakfast, count your calories, have a good sleep schedule and drink plenty of water and have some type of work out, and you’ll probably loose weight!
I do this every morning before school and the results have been very good :) also, other than this I do jkd and tennis, along with some other exercises in the afternoon, but results with follow even without this!
Your workouts helped me a lot to maintain my weight after leaving the gym i was having a fear that my weight that i lose will all comeback and all my hardwork will go in vain but your workouts are the best thank you so much 💖

@ Hello!! I only did the ab workout one time. As for a diet I tried to eat the healthiest I possibly could. As for other workouts I really like to run and at that time I ran about 15 miles both weeks! Hope this helps!
