Great video man. Need more targa videos for sure. Took 7 months to finally get mine and took it straight to storage start of December. It’s a 2022 now at least. I will make some vids. Great job
Versa track system accepts 1/4-20 carriage bolts. You can mount anything with them if you can drill a hole. Railblaza system is what I use along with some dyi self made items.
Excellent video review. The best I've seen. You are very correct, other ones are terrible... People drone on forever about irrelevant topics. You did an excellent job
I've got the 2019 wt tournament edition, love it on Erie... Get yourself a drotto for that trailer and ratcheting buckle straps for the back, you won't regret it!
I ordered a Tracker V-19 Targa Tournament edition 2022 hopefully it will be here at the end of the month. can't wait to check out the 200 hp motor and the 9'' hummingbird fish finders. Nice video! thank You.
Couple of items of note… 1. Get your camera person some Adderall. A.D.D. like CRAZY! 2. Yes, you CAN tube with the ski pylon. Tracker’s advertisement actually uses a picture of a tube. We have used our tube for 3 years, no issues. 3. None….I repeat…NONE of the compartments are waterproof! 4. There is NO WAY you can get that speed with 3 people, full tank of gas, 2 motors, with only a 150hp motor.
I cut a foot off the handle on the front of the trailer and then put the plastic cap back on..much better than removing it and I can now get it in the garage
Yes! We run a spreader off the two hooks on the back of the boat and that connects right to a tube line. Works perfect. If you send us a message on fb or IG (The Green Way Outdoors) I will send you a picture to see the setup.
@@TheGreenWayOutdoors Excellent - thank you for that advice. I have this same boat and absolutely love it - would recommend to anyone. Thanks for this video - reminds me of all the things I really like about the tracker targa. Very well done.
@@JohnSmith-fs4dx the ski tow pylon is supported by the same .125 welded aluminum structure the hull is made from. The pylon is supported by the entire rear aluminum deck. I asked several times, both sales and Tracker factory, and then did a full inspection of the structure myself. The boat can indeed handle pulling a tube. As with anything, if you're acting a fool and putting jerking loads or going WOT at the start then you run a risk of damaging the boat, as you would with any boat. If you do not have a kicker motor there is a hoop ring you can get that attaches to the engine mount. Just take it easy when pulling a tube. The boat is designated as a ski/fish boat. Even Tracker posts videos of the boat easily towing tubes and skiers. I've found nothing in any of the documentation nor heard anything that advises against towing a tube.
Just bought the 2022 WT tournament edition and should be picking it up this Saturday. They must have watched your review as they have improved some things. The foot pedal for the trolling motor is now in it's owe storage compartment at the very front of the boat. The only thing I don't like is they do not offer LED docking lights or extra rocker switches. Makes it a pain to add extra lighting to your boat. If anyone has any links for clean hacks for adding switches and lights please post them. You said you can't pull tubes with this boat? Or you just can't use the ski/wakeboard pole? Thanks for the video!
Hi Don! Sounds like they made the right move on the trolling motor. The LED lights are an interesting addition! Let us know if you figure it out. We would love green ones in ours. Just a tip though, we have a 2023 tracker grizzly too and they put Amber colored lights in it from factory. They chose amber because it didn’t attract mosquitoes. I would say they are right. As far as a tube, you just can’t use the pole. I bought this splitter to go on the back 2 hooks, then just connected the tube line right to it. Works perfectly! www.basspro.com/shop/en/xps-8-rider-boat-tow-harness-with-float-and-heavy-duty-quick-connect Also, if you’re interested, check out our actual tv show too! Alright I got a question I got a 2022 v18 but the exact same set up with the motors. When I run the 9.9 the 150 doesn’t come out of the water far enough and is like having a parachute on the back and makes it almost impossible to steer. Do you have any of those problems with yours ?
@@gusbell1334 Wouldn’t a bigger, electric trolling motor be better than a gas powered engine? I mean, you’re trying to gas and all. Not too mention, the extra weight of a 2nd gas engine.
@@travelinman482 Yes, until your battery runs out using that big, more powerful trolling motor. More power equals less battery time. Introducing, the kicker motor! It is a small 4-stroke that uses much less fuel, runs at lower RPMs and is easily controlled at slower speeds. The weight is around 80 pounds so not that much and over time it will pay for itself in less wear on your big pricey engine. Hope that helps!
Great walkthrough. I have a 2020 and I've been meaning to do a walk-through for mine, just haven't done it yet. I've done a lot of upgrades as well, I can't live without spot lock. Tight lines!!

I think tracker is about 8mos out for delivery. I would check with dealer.
Way more force with a skier than a tuber. You can pull a tube with that pylon

Any issue with water getting in any of the storage boxes? Some of them look like there is no lip around the opening, particularly the floor and bow.
what's a kimber doodle?
great video..do u have a link to order accessories ,like ski pole i cant find thank u
