Im so excited to receive your coffee balm! Last year I had to give up coffee :( I’ve told so many people that the thing I miss most is the smell! And I’m so excited to sip my warm water in the morning and put this balm on my hands and just calmly pretend ❤ thank you for all you do

I too have admired your no-name pattern when you’ve worn it. I wish I were brave enough to “wing it” and try to create something similar. Its shape and fit kind of reminds me of the Pavement sweater by Vera Valimaki, which I have made twice. The neck construction and increases are different, and it doesn’t have puffy sleeves, but the overall look is similar to me. It’s a great pattern.

Oh Devin, I’m glad you tried the PS (Phosphatidyl serene) but you are right that you need to go up in the amount you eat. The clinical trials found 600 mg to be the effective amount. More doesn’t work better and less didn’t seem to have any noticeable affect. It usually takes 6 weeks or more to notice a difference. So stick with it and here’s hoping it helps you as much as it has helped me. I just passed my 81st trip around the sun and shudder to think how my brain would be functioning now if it had remained on the path it was on several years ago.

I can highly recommend Edie Eckman as a reliable tech editor for both knit and crochet. I don’t know what you are looking for as reasonably priced since that is subjective, but I know Edie personally and have for many years. If my current tech editor ever retired I would ask Edie to work with me in a heartbeat

Devan, hi, I am a new Netter but I don’t like heavy sweaters and I want to knit everything in fingering weight which is perfect for me in the winter even I just prefer and wear them more if they’re lighter could we ever do the benefit and fingering weight? I am 40 in the bus and I’m bigger in my tummy and hips, but I’m working right now at getting that off but at my age it takes so much longer. I am gonna be 70 next month or in December 1 of December, so that’s why I was thinking cardigan, but it will be my first I have made a tank top and a socks 9 inch circulars getting ready for our socks 1 January. I did buy your beautiful red that you made your sweater out of and I got it in fingering weight because I know I like fingering weight, unfortunately I am a new so it will take me longer and maybe I should do a DK for my sweater. It will be easier and so maybe I just should. I did write down for first sweaters I will look them up. I love petite net garments and maybe I should just size up one size I don’t know, so petite is a good one for first timer. I will check that out. I’m really wanting to make a cardigan, but I’m also wanting to make a pull over. I just need to lose my tummy which I am working on right now so I don’t know I wanna make a sweater. I’m just a little afraid it’s not gonna fit.
