Noites De Carneval (Carnival Nights) - Per-Olov Kindgren

Score and tabs are available here: shop.per-olovk... I have always admired and loved Brazilian composer Luiz Bonfá's music. I even made a recording of his “Manha De Carnaval” with some friends years ago. (Kontrabas, voice, percussion, 2 guitars and flute). I always wanted to honor him with a piece… and… here it is! I used a few notes from his theme to underline the "connection" between the pieces. (Note: these few notes is not an infringement of his rights). I use a Capo in 1st fret to make the sound a bit more tight. You can chose not to use one or experiment in other frets...
"Manha de Carnaval" appeared as a principal theme in the film Orfeu Negro (Black Orpheus) (1959).
