This is so insightful as a phlegmatic. I personally can be pushed over and over and over and I won't say anything. But once someone pushes me past that breaking point, my temper is explosive and very pointed. It's one of the reasons I wanted to do this study.
This is so good! I struggled with my Choleric boss who loved constant change, listened only to answer, and was not a people person! The phlegmatic/sanguine in me could not understand why she was unconcerned with the people in her life. So eye-opening!
That is an example of an extreme choleric. Some choleric bosses have people skills.
Wawww, I could see how amazing this group was and came to realize the importance of having people from all 4 temperaments types working consciously together, for a successful team!
