Worked on my 2015 Citroen Relay with steering wheel controls.
Note the slight bend in the screwdriver which makes it easier to lever the clip.

My 2005 ducato is different it has a Allen key arrangement in the hole to release the airbag, so all the scew driver jockeys are full of it.

That's because yours is a piece of crap mk2. This is for the newer, better mk3 🙄
